Time passed.
Ebony sat in the airport on Soap's Laptop as she emailed Laswell to tell her to keep everyone from bothering them.
She wanted the two months to be spent having time with her boys.
Hopefully, when they come back to England they'll all be closer.
"Who are you writing?" Price asked.
"Laswell.
I'm basically telling her about everyone that works with us to fuck off.
Let's see how long it takes for her to realise that" she said.
"You're brave.
That woman had helped us more than we admit" Gaz said as he stretched in the middle of the airport while everyone sat quietly watching him.
"Let me put this simply.
I don't bloody care" she said.
"Nice to see you still don't fucking care about anyone but us," he said.
"If you trust those above you it's easier for them to control you.

Shepherds bitch" she said.
"Couldn't have said it better myself" Price said.
"Price and Ghost are both above you," Gaz said.
"No there beside me," she said.
Gaz laughed "You know what I mean" Gaz said.
"Yeah.
I can't explain it.
I just don't trust people with that much power.
I don't know, talk to my therapist if you want more info" she said.
Suddenly their flight was called.
"That's us," Soap said.

Once they were on the plane Ebony got settled in her window seat with a blanket.
She looked out of the window before looking over to see Soap next to her.
"This is gonna be a long one," he said.
"It's worth it," she said.
"You sure you don't want to meet my family while we're there?" He asked.
"Maybe.
It's just going to be difficult to explain the situation.
Plus I'm not good with parents.
I get too tense" she said.
"Well if you change your mind all you have to do is tell me," he said.
"Johnny, what do you think they're going to say if they see me?" She asked.
"That we look great together.
I won't let them say anything else" he said.
She looked at him before kissing him.
"I'll think about it but I can't promise anything," she said.
"That's all I need," he said.
She nodded before placing her head on his shoulder.
He smiled as he looked at her.
"Best to sleep through it," he said.
"I won't be sleeping unless you all are awake.
Price snores" she said.
"Like Chewbacca," Gaz said.
"Yeah have your laughs now.
You'll have to deal with my snorin for two months" Price said.
"I can just stuff something in your mouth and you'll be silent as a mouse," she said.
"Is that why I kept waking up with fluff in my mouth when I slept around you?" Price asked.
"Yeah," she said.
"You little rascal" Price said.
"You're lucky it wasn't Simon that shut you up on missions.
He said to shove a gun in your mouth and or to just kill you" she said.
"Remind me to go to the doctors when we get back" Price said.
"I'll book an appointment now," she said as she went on her phone.
"You don't have to do that now," Price said.
"It's just in case," she said.
"I know someone in medical anyway.
Let's just say he owes me" she said.
She cuddled into Soap's side as she dealt with booking an appointment.
Everything felt different away from the base.
All the stress melted away.
