That night Ebony stood in the kitchen as she made a roast.
It had been years since she had cooked anything.
She put the chicken in before working on the millions of other things she needed to do.
She was the only one in the first level of the house.
Gaz was upstairs sleeping and the others had gone out to see their surroundings.
It gave her time to do something nice for them.
She started the potatoes as she did everything from a cookbook she found.
She then took a swig of wine straight from the bottle as the radio played behind her.
Once everything was in the oven she walked around.
She hadn't seen every room in the house yet as there were too many.
She then went upstairs to see Gaz.
She walked into the room he was in before watching him sleep.
Ebony then grabbed a blanket and then put it on him.
She caressed his face before walking over the the window.
She closed the curtains and then left the room, making sure to turn off the light on her way out.
Ebony didn't know what to do with herself.
She had so much time and nothing to do.
She wandered around before walking outside.
She walked to the garden before making eye contact with a cow.
"What the fuck are you doing here?" She said.
"Bloody Scotland" she said as the cow ate glass not giving a damn that she was next to it.
She walked to the cow softly so she didn't frighten it.
She then stroked the cow as it kept eating.
Ebony wasn't used to this.
The only wild animal she saw back in England were pigeons.
This was different.
"Have fun then" she said before walking back to the house.Time passed as Ebony placed the last plate on the table.
Everything was just as she wanted it.
Each plate was full of food and the wine selection was perfect.
As she went to take off her apron the front door opened.
"Sweetheart" Price said.
She heard heavy footsteps as all four of them stood by the stairs.
Soap walked in first before feeling his mouth water at the sight of what she made.
"Steaming bloody Jesus.
I didn't know you could cook las" Soap said.
"I can't.
I found a cook book" she said.
Everyone then came in.
"Sweetheart.
What's this?" Price asked.
"A roast.
I thought it would be nice" she said.
"This looks better than the pub," Gaz said.
"You can all sit and eat.
I didn't make all of this for you to just look at" she.
They all hurried to sit down.
She smiled before looking over to see Ghost.
"Thanks for this Darlin" he said before sitting down.
She then took the last seat before drinking a load of her wine.
She then heard Soap moan from the food.
Ebony smiled "Fuckin hell no matter what anyone says you are a goddess Bonnie" he said.
She dug in herself before melting from all the flavours.
This beat takeaway any day.
"Did you find anything while you were out?" She asked.
"There's a town an hour away.
Everything else is very secure" Price said.
"What about you Baby?
Except making this gorgeous food" he said.
"I found a cow in the garden.
The thing didn't give a fuck.
I pet it and everything" she said.
"You what?" Gaz asked.
"I'm not pulling your leg," she said.
"Are you that bored?" Gaz said.
She looked at him "A little yeah.
I can't train or be on a mission which took up 80% of my time.
If you lot aren't here I don't know what to do with myself" She said.
"We did ask you if you wanted to come with us" Soap said.
"I'm too paranoid.
I almost did leave Kyle to come with" she said.
"Well now that we know we're completely isolated we won't be leaving that often" Price said.
"Moving on from that.
I'm curious about sleeping arrangements" Gaz said.
"Are we sharing you?" He asked.
"No.
I looked around earlier and there is a master.
There's a huge fucking bed in it and if we find a way we all can sleep in it" she said.
"One more thing.
What the hell is gonna happen with sex?" He asked taking her by surprise.
"Two hands.
Three holes.
You do the math" she said.
They kept talking about anything and everything as the hours went past quickly.
Time didn't exist when she was with them.
