Uncultured (Charlie)

Here we are again in the room. We have been sitting here watching Netflix. I am watching shows I never even heard of, but Lily knew most of them. So she tried to keep me caught up on the important parts. I did fall asleep during the middle of one of the episodes so now I'm lost again. This show really isn't my thing but Lily loves it. She is completely engrossed in every word.

I started reading one of the dirty books and Lily watched more of her show. Then something strange happened. Marek came home really early. He has been coming home and having dinner with us. In his room of course because it's not 'safe' to leave it.

"Hey! I did something I never do! I left work!" He declares as he walks through the door. He looks so proud of himself. Boy needs to get out more.

"Well good job big guy!" I only had the tiniest bit of a sarcastic tone. He looked at me like this was a huge deal.

'"Well, I also have decided to spend the rest of the day outside." I got excited then. We are going out of the room! He goes into the closet. When he comes back out he is in swim trunks. 'Fuck....' I almost said that out loud. The man is good looking and made me tingly all over. The tingle came to an abrupt halt when he spoke again.

"So, I'll be back later tonight.." Are you fucking kidding me? No way is he going out there without us! I launch myself at him and jump on his back.

"Lily! I need you to block the door while I tackle him!" She just looks around confused. I have an older brother. I am no stranger to taking down big guys.

"I will put a sleeper hold on you if you go out there and leave us here!!!" I'll admit he is a lot bigger than my brother, but I'm not giving up. He is grabbing my leg and trying to get me off his back.

"I'm gonna come at you like a spider monkey, Chip!" I yell holding onto him like my life depends on it. And Yeah, I quoted a movie. He has me on his hip now and manages to toss me on the bed. Why is Lily still sitting there?

"Thanks for the help, partner." I pant out to Lily. My face is red. Man, I might need to workout. Next thing I know I am pinned down by the man.

"Really a spider monkey, and why did you call me Chip?" He is not fazed by my lackluster ninja skills, and is clearly making fun of me.

"Haven't you ever seen the movie 'Talladega Nights'?" It's not even a recent movie.

"No, I have not." He smirks down at me as I continue to struggle for breath trying to over power him. I am shocked and appalled at his lack of 'culture' as well.

"Well then that reference is lost on you and you are completely uncultured." I turn my nose up to him.

"You are completely insane." He smiles and I try to kick him. "I wasn't gonna leave you two up here." He's so proud of his joke.

Marek lets me go and gets off the bed. I'm a little sad now that his half naked warm self has released me, and is standing a safe distance away. He grabbed two bags he had set on the desk when he walked in. He then tossed them to us on the bed. I open it up and pull out what I think was once a swimming suit. Lily has one like it in a different color. They are not much more than thin strips of fabric sewn together to cover just the 'pink parts' of the female body. I frown so hard it hurts.

"There is no way I'm wearing whatever this is on a beach." I say as I dangle the stupid thing in front of my face. Lily is nodding in agreement.

"Well I tried so I guess if you don't want to go." I'm eyeing him suspiciously because he is still smiling a lot. His face is currently the definition of a 'shit eating grin'.

"Give us the real suits." I demand with my arms crossed over my chest. I know he is fucking with us now.

He goes to the closet and gets two other bags. I let out a breath I didn't realize I was holding. Oh thank God, I was about to commit murder by strangulation with a skimpy swimsuit. This one is better but I'm not in love with how small the top is. I usually wear something that fully covers the girls thanks to an embarrassing junior high wardrobe mishap.
