After Party (Marek)

I went to the bar to get a drink. After this drink I'm taking them home. Then I won't have to worry about these people, Or their fucked up idea of dealing with problems. I turn around to see if Charlie is ok. She is with Nick so he will keep her safe. I watch as Lily is followed by two guards as she walks to the restroom. A man from the office comes up and talks to me momentarily distracting me. I have to excuse myself so I can get back to the girls. Suddenly I hear a lot of commotion from where Charlie was just standing.

Oh fuck, What did she do? I see the Diana bitch on the ground crying holding her jaw. I can only fucking imagine what happened here. I start looking around for Charlie. What the hell? Where did they go? I don't see Nick either. I look around franticly and try to figure out where they would go. Then James comes running up and he is looking around. He sees me and comes over.

"Are you ok?" James asks, looking me over.

"Yes, I'm fine, where is Charlie?" I am getting worried she's been arrested or someone has her because of the fight.

James sees a little hidden side yard. He is talking into his headset trying to talk to Nick and the others. We walk in and Nick is on the ground. He has been shot, and there is no Charlie. I feel my heart drop. I know she's gone. James is checking on Nick and calling people. Then I notice Lily is still not back yet either.

"James where's Lily?" James looks up from Nick but keeps his hands on the wound on his chest. James' eyes are narrowed.

"I don't know her guards aren't answering either. I sent others to check on them." He says as more men show up. One takes over his position putting pressure on Nicks chest, and James takes off toward the restroom Lily was last seen at. I wasn't sure what to do. I had several guards stationed around me and they wouldn't let me go search for the girls. Everything was happening at once but it seemed like slow motion.

There was suddenly the loud pop of a gun fire not far away, and people started running. Chaos ensued as the party goers scattered in confusion and panic. I tried to run away from the guards to look for the girls. I knew the gun had something to do with them, but the guards kept me from leaving.

James never came back but one of the guards headsets was handed to me.

"Boss" James' voice came through the ear piece as soon as I had it in. He did not sound, right. There was emotion in his voice. Bad this was bad, and I felt my stomach roll. "I found Lily. She...she didn't make it. I need to get her out of here before the cops come. One of the guards that was with her killed the other. Then it looks like after she fought back he killed her. We have him but he isn't going to make it long enough to interrogate him. I will met you back at the house after we take care of everything. I am so sorry boss."

I didn't answer him. I ripped the ear piece off my ear and threw it to the ground. I know James has men looking for Charlie still. I hope she didn't suffer the same fate as Lily. My poor beautiful, shy, sweet Lily. Charlie is going to be devastated.

When the cops and ambulance showed up most of the people had fled. It didn't take them long to get here, but it also felt like an eternity. We couldn't tell them about Charlie being kidnapped, Lily, or the guards that were killed. So the cops only investigated Nick's shooting. So far they think it was just an attempt at my life and didn't go as planned. That is what we want them to think anyways.

Privately we had the grounds searched multiple times. We found Charlie's shoes and her necklace. It looks like it was ripped off during a struggle. I wouldn't leave till we found her. They did figure out where the car they put her in was parked. There is surveillance video that shows three guys carrying her off. She was thrashing, and screaming even after they hit her. I had to look away a few times. We made sure that this video will only be seen by us. The cops investigating the shooting will never see it.
