(The same as before, I do not own anything. Respect and credits to Kamachi Kazuma and lowiro(Arcaea team))

At noon in a certain high school, there was someone who has the appearance of an Elementary schooler but that's actually Tsukoyomi Komoe, the teacher of Kamijou Touma who has supplementary lessons with his two classmates in the classroom.

"As far as the necessary conditions of the ESP card experiment, reinstated by America in 1992, the material was changed to ABS resin. That's because of a trick that was used, whereby the type of card was identified by fingerprints in the card's surface... Hey Kamijou-chan! Are you listening to me?!"

She noticed that one of her students, practically sleeping in front of his cute teacher and he wakes up like he wasn't sleeping and puts it like an act.

"Yes, I'm listening. But listening to this isn't going to increase my power, right?" - Kamijou

"Kami-yan is a Level 0 after all" -Aogami

"You can't grow something that isn't gonna grow." Tsuchimikado

"Yes but if you give up because your reason is that you don't have any power, then what could grow won't grow either."

She has somewhat of a point for this.

"Misaka Mikoto of Tokiwadai Middle School, who is ranked 3rd in Academy City, was originally a Level 1, but she worked hard until she reached the rankings of Level 5."

"Ranked 3rd? Who, her?"

Touma was somewhat annoyed as he sees her as a walking bug with the special feature of tasing her own enemies.

"Hmm? Kamijou-chan, do you know Miss Misaka?"

"No, not really."

After some time in a time of near sunset

Misaka Mikoto was seeing the view of a nearing sunset when she heard footsteps. It was that certain spiky-haired boy from yesterday. He gave Misaka a sign of greeting by lifting his bag like waving a hand.

"Hey there! Are you on your way home from remedial lessons too?"

There was a short silence about it when Misaka realized who.

"Oh, it's you."

He smiled at it as if she was okay.

"I sure do hate those airships, you know?"

"Why is that?"

Touma questions her from her own comment about the airships.

"Because the machines sets the policy, and the humans follow it."

"The machine? Ah, what was it again? Let's see... Tree diagram, was it?"

Touma makes up for that answer from the news he had received from his stroll in Academy City.

"Tree Diagram. The greatest supercomputer in the world, loaded aboard the satellite Orihime I, which was launched by Academy City under the pretense that it would be analyzing climate data... or so we told, but do you think such a ridiculous thing actually exists?"
