i wish you would crack,
so you would look like me.it was always the same dream,
i was different from you, almost disappointing,
as i obsessively displayed failures on a shelf,
i wish you would crack, so you would recognize yourself.maybe i sprouted from the wrong side?
wrong seed? wrong soil?
maybe i am inherently mistaken in my soul,
although, my eyes are unwilling to see your smile,
the smile of a man that does not blame abstracts in turmoil.
