                                                                                          2 months later.

Bucky and I went back to SHEILD. We were both offered good jobs as agents but we both turned them down. I went back to work as a counselor and Bucky got a desk next to mine. At first, he didn't know what to do with himself. Then he found that he was incredibly good at anything robotic. He could take apart a robot, a gun, even a plane and put it back together. So he was content to sit on his desk next to mine and build mini robots. Every once in awhile he would help me with counseling (I got a lot more people now) but mostly he just stayed quiet and listened. Whenever my back hurt from sitting in my chair for so long, he would come over and massage me.

We were now officially dating. As was Steve and Natasha, believe it or not. When they announced it, I just stood there staring and Bucky said under his breath

Romanoger.

And I was like, What?

And he shrugged and so the hat's what we call them. Our lives have changed so much. I get the privilege of showing him everything that he missed. He never talked much. But he never did before either. He would walk me back to my apartment every night to make sure I got home safe. He would always kiss me goodnight at the door. We would watch Disney movies for hours. I showed him Once Upon A Time and he loved it.

Sometimes when we went to the mall, a guy would check me out and Bucky would notice and always he would roll up his sleeves like it was hot and then kiss me. Sure, our lives were changed forever and we would never fully recover from the ways we had been treated.

Sometimes Bucky would have dreams about the people he killed and he would come over and I would make him hot chocolate. He did the same for me. Some days he would simply sit and smile. He always told me that he was counting the ways he loved me. Sometimes I would go to the gym. We worked out just in case we were ever needed for an emergency.

One day, I was alone or so I thought, and I had my Pandora on and I was singing like I was on X factor. I was singing a some from Phantom of the opera. All I ask of you. I was surprised when  Bucky joined me. He sang like an professional. I just sighed. Was there anything he couldn't do?

SO although, we are not back to normal, and we never will be, life is good and I always remember our adventures. I tell people all the time about how I saved the Winter Soldier.
