part 32. first ride

I came out holding Rose's hand and showing her the way. We say goodbye to uncle before Rebass opens his wings again.

Uncle: you'll take good care of her.

He said to me with his little smile. And I smiled back.

Blezi: I will

I looked back at Rose and then I helped her to climb Rebass's back. I sit behind and hold her tightly. She was getting weak in every single second. I looked at her half opened eye, and then to the sky.

'it will be better if we move fast. We don't have much time left.' my thoughts made a point

Blezi: I think we should leave now.

I speak in load voice so Rebass can hear me and then he straighten his legs. As he stood up. I barely made my balance while still holding Rose tightly.

Blezi: wow......

And finally he opens his long wings and starts shaking them he gets ready to fly.
It's amazing. And terrifying at the same time.
When he flew up. Refyus also came, following his brother in the sky. But he was behind him.
'there is no roads in the sky. He can fly freely.'
My thoughts were wise. And like a soldier I was on the duty to protect Rose, and hold her tightly. I don't know how far over destination is but, how exactly far it will be from the sky?

I was enjoying the wind. Crossing the clouds he was flying carefully. It's that hard for him to Carry two persons on his back and move his wings at the same time. Maybe it won't be his first time carrying a person but for me.......
It's definitely my first time sitting on a dragon's back.
