22- worrisome blood

Silver woke up to new dragons being lead into the hideout by Bloodmoon, they were all hybrids of different tribes. Bloodmoon quickly approached Silver and said, "Silver, how are you doing?" His voice was as soft as ever as Silver then said, "Oh, I just woke up, what's going on, where did these dragons come from."

Bloodmoon seemed to hesitate as if considering whether or not it was worth telling, Bloodmoon took a deep breath and said, "Blackstar... She keeps Hybrids as toys, items for her to use, I.... I over heard her talking about some specific hybrids she was dying to get..." Silver could tell what Bloodmoon was about to say and said, "Well I can't let you go back if that's what she plans to do to you if you get caught!"

Bloodmoon looked at Silver, his eyes were full of confusion and wonder as if he didn't expect this, "But Destiny might still need my hel-" Silver quickly snapped back, "Listen here, I don't want you to get hurt, you have no idea how worried I've been, I tried keeping my mind off you but I couldn't stop thinking of sad things, Destiny will be fine please, just stay here!" Silver had tears in his eyes, clearly afraid to have anything hurt Bloodmoon.

Bloodmoon opened his maw about to say something when suddenly he was cut off by Snowstar, "I'd listen to him if I were you, he has been crying a lot since you've been gone, plus you look like you could use a good sleep." Bloodmoon nodded and said, "Ok, but who's gonna watch over Destiny?" Snowstar smiled and said, "I have a plan, I'll pretend to be one of the hybrids that Blackstar gifted Destiny."

Silver was shocked to hear this, "Destiny accepted hybrids as a gift?!?" Bloodmoon nodded and said, "Yeah, but it was to help them escape." He then looked at Snowstar and said, "Are you sure you wanna do that?" Snowstar nodded and said, "It's the least I can do after she refuses to leave me trapped in the talons of magic's base when it collapsed." Bloodmoon nodded as Snowstar quickly ran off to prepare.

Silver then looked at Bloodmoon, his eyes shone in their familiar sky blue radiance, he looked tired yet wiser, "Bloodmoon, you really need some sleep, I found some passionflower if you need any." Bloodmoon smiled and said, "Yeah, thank you."

Silver quickly made Bloodmoon his tea before sitting next to him, the warmth of his scales against his own made Silver blush slightly. Suddenly, Bloodmoon was laying on Silver's shoulder his head moving around as if he were trying to rub his scent all over Silver as he said, "I love you, Silver..." Before falling fast asleep.

Silver smiled and he whispered gently into Bloodmoon's ear, "I love you too, my beautiful crimson moon." Silver then laid his head on Bloodmoon's quickly joining him in rest.
