July 5th, 2014 1:00 p.m.
Jennifer sat in her back yard, waiting for Harry to arrive and start the rehearsal dinner. She was wearing a gorgeous black dress that hung just above her knees. Her hair was pulled back into a bun, and she tapped her wine glass with her fingernail.

Jennifer's POV
I looked around at the bunches of guests, all waiting. I glanced at my watch. Harry's parents were talking amongst themselves. I deeply sighed and pushed myself up. I walked to back door of our house, and found my phone. I angrily tapped at the screen to dial Harry's number. I pushed it up to my ear, and waited for him to pick up.
"Hello! This is Harry Styles. Sorry I missed your call! Bye!" I groaned and waited for the beep.
"Harry, you've got some damn nerve. Where the hell are you! You're making me look stupid in front of so many people! Get your ass home, now." I was so irritated.
I turned around to find my mom staring at me. She gave me her sympathetic look, and went to speak.
"Aw, Jen, I'm sorry. But-"
"Not now, mother!" I spat. Tomorrow was supposed to be the best day of my life! And Harry, after two and a half years of being together, suddenly has cold feet. I'm pregnant for crying out loud!
"Mother, please tell the guests to leave, and you and dad as well," I said looking at the clock. She took a deep breath and walked outside. I leaned over the island in the kitchen, and tapped my nails against the marble. I had so much in my mind right now.
What happened? Will he be here tomorrow? Will he ever show up? Did something bad happen to him? Stressing isn't good for the baby. Did he leave me? Oh my god. I needed some candy.
I returned outside, and walked up beside my mother who held the mic in her hand. She handed it to me and put her hand on my shoulder.
I pulled the mic up to my mouth, and smiled brightly.
"Hello everyone, it's me. Jen. The bride!" I laughed. "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. But I'm afraid we have to cancel. Turns out, my fiance disappeared and isn't answering my calls." I lock eyes with Anne-Harry's mom. And she looks mortified. "But, I will hopefully see you all tomorrow, and maybe Harry will be here too," I feel the sting in my body from wanting to burst into tears. I hold it down long enough to finish. "Again, I'm sorry! I hope you all have a wonderful evening!" I smile again, and shove the mic towards my mom. She looks uneasy. I rush over to Anne, and she holds my shoulders.
"Jennifer, I am so sorry! But if I know my son, he'll be here tomorrow. I know he loves you with everything he has," she lightly hugs me. I almost start crying right then. After everyone has left, except my parents, I go into my house and grab some comfy clothes. We were supposed to have the rehearsal dinner at the church we are to be married in, but apparently it was booked for tonight. Our house wasn't a mansion, but it wasn't small either. I had my mom unzip my dress, and I immediately slipped sweats and a t-shirt on. I pick up my phone again, and called Pizza Hut. I desperately wanted pizza.
-
I've called Harry ten times in the past twelve minutes. Every time I got a voicemail. I texted him a couple times. When the pizza arrived, my parents left. Leaving me alone, and heart broken.
I turn to the clock, biting my lip. An ache in my chest tells me something is wrong with him. I go upstairs to our room, and sprawl out across our bed. I grab his pillow and start sobbing. I have nothing else to do. My fiancé left a day before our wedding without a call or any warning. I take in the scent-his scent. Vanilla. I smile wide.
I haven't seen Harry since last night. Which was our bachelor/bachelorette parties. He didn't come home last night. Who was he with? I thought for a few minutes before jumping out of bed and finding my phone. I dial the best man's number.
"Hello?"
"Niall! Listen. Where's Harry?"
"Uhm...didn't he come home last night?"
"No! He didn't. He also wasn't at the rehearsal dinner this evening. Niall. Tell me where the hell he is."
"Jen, I really don't know." I groan in response and he keeps quit.
"Niall," I sob. "What if he's in trouble, or hurt?" I push my free hand to my face.
"I'm sure he's fine Jennifer. try calling the other boys, maybe they know where he is!" I thank him and hang up. I dial another number.
"Liam! Hey, it's Jennifer. Do you happen to know where Harry is?"
"I haven't seen him since last night. Try Louis!"

"I'm sorry Jen, I don't know where he is, I'll be over soon, I'll come help you figure this out." I say goodbye to Louis.

I sit at the kitchen counter, and lay my head on the cold stone.
---
An hour or two later, Louis knocks on the front door. I yell at him to come in, and he does. I'm too lazy to get up from the couch.
"Hello, Jen plus one!" He says. I groan.
"I'm a mess." I say without emotion.
"You got that right," he laughs. I give him a stare. He sits down next to me. "So, when did you last talk to him?" I shrug. I wasn't in the mood to talk about Harry. I wanted to cry, and sleep...and eat.

"Louis, I just want to sleep honestly." I say, slouching and leaning on his shoulder. He reaches his arm around my and rubs my arm.

"Then sleep." he says sadly.
