I want to welcome everyone who reads this journal! 

As you probably know from the title, I am here to share with you my weightloss journey. But if you don't then now you know!

I'm 5'7 and weight 154,9 lbs. 

It may not be much, but I want to have slimmer and fitter body, because I actually gained a lot of weight since 2022. I used to be 127 lbs, and this was my regular weight for about 4 years? I don't remember to be honest, but it was about 4 years. Then I suddenly gained a lot of weight... but it is never too late to start a healthy life style, am I not right? 

I don't have a specific go-to-date goal, but it would be nice if I got down to around 140 lbs. 

I am exercising for a few days already and I'm not going to check my weight on the scale for some time now (it's demotivating, I guess). I'll probably do a weight check on the last day of May, because it would be enough time for my weight to go down. 

I don't have a May weight goal, although I hope to see a little change.

And about my diet: I will do my best to reduce sweets (I love eating them so I'm not going to stop eating them so suddenly), and eat more food like vegetables and fruits. I know! A crazy diet. 

I wouldn't even call it a diet, but a small change in my way of eating. I'm bad at dieting (I tried), so I am not going to do that! 

And about updates, I don't think I would update daily (if I forget about updating, I'm sorry, I don't use wattpad a lot). Expect a few updates a month. I would probably write there whenever I'm in a mood :))
