I wanted to do this for some time already, because I want to have it all in one place. In short; what I wanna improve this month and finish!
💙 I will finish that pilates plan (I didn't do it every day, I mixed it with other workouts + sometimes I didn't workout in a day)
💙I will focus on eating slightly less (less sweets, less fast foods)
💙I will drink more water (becasue I drink too little liquids a day)
💙I will go outside more
💙glass of water/green tea every morning (not sure abt green tea; it's hot where I live already)
Five points is enough! Wish me luck this month!
Oh, and speaking of updates, I don't plan them, whenever I'll be in a mood, I'll update you guys! Same with weight logs - but I think I'll stick to updating this aspect once a month on the first day. So... that's all!
