Mavka had walked the streets following her curiosity. She had figured out that she was in England and because of the landmarks she knew that she was in London. Her gut led her to the more sinful side of the capital.

The streets were covered in graffiti and groups of youths stood in crowds smoking with their girls. Their sins hung above their heads like a black cloud, Mavka couldn't see this in demons but it was easy with humans. One of the men had killed his brother in a fight for control of a drugs organisation, interesting.

She turned down a street and a night club caught her eye. What was most interesting was it's name. The power stone. She headed for the door.

Gabriel had wondered the street allowing his gut to pull him this way and that. He had been walking for hours. He would do nine hours of harp lessons and a performance in front of heaven if he didn't have to walk another step.

"Look left"

The voice was calm and he looked. The power stone. Somewhere to sit down! he thought. As he made his way up to the door, there was a girl roughly his age. She had heavily tanned skin, brown hair and was wearing a black jacket that made her look amazing and the low rise jeans flattered her figure. Before he could take a closer look, a group of humans, at least an average of 24 years, cut in front of him. The bouncer at the door let them all in.

Once inside Mavka began to look around. A sign like this had to mean something. Gabriel tore off from the group of male humans and bumped straight into the girl he had seen. Mavka was about to yell at the human but stopped when she saw him, he was gorgeous and like nothing she had ever seen. He had blonde hair, blue eyes and pale skin. His shirt hid his torso a bit but his trousers showed off his legs. They weren't muscular which was why they were so interesting, all male demons were shredded. This boy was untainted by ink or facial hair and he looked no more than 20 years for a human.

"Oh, uh sorry" Gabriel stuttered.

"No worries, it is crowded in here" she said.

"What is a girl like you doing here?" he asked, he had heard one of the other humans say that, a norm perhaps.

Mavka was startled by his question, was this a normal human thing to ask? She had to keep her cover. "I follow my curiosity and it lead me here, what about you? You look to good to be from around here."

Gabriel panicked, God why was pretending to be human so hard?! "I was looking for something".

"What were you looking for?" Mavka queried. Gabriel said a silent prayer to God and replied.

"An adventure".

They talk by the bar for the rest of the night. Mavka downs cocktails with no intention of paying and persuades Gabriel to have one too. Gabriel hears no warning from God and sips it. They soon move onto shots and Mavka being a demon meant that she could down at least fifty with no problem and the bar tender seemed to be ignorant of the price and the quantity they were drinking. Gabriel on the other hand, had only been near alcohol at mass and it was diluted and the vodka shots burnt on the way down, demons must love this.

Mavka thought that being in the presence of a demon made the humans docile and therefore the bar tender made no fuss when she got up and left owing over six-hundred pounds in drinks.

Gabriel had fallen asleep at the bar and no one moved him. Humans must be numb to his presence the fact was a comfort to him as he dozed of the shots.
