I Just Hope She's Okay

Ashley's pov

*I walked back and forth in my room, thinking of a way to dispose of her body without anyone knowing.*

'Why did I do this....' I asked myself as I started to panic

*I got down on my knees and pulled the knife out of her back, more blood started rushing out of her back.*

"Fvck!" I pulled my bedsheets off my bed and wrapped her slightly warm body into my sheets

*The white bedsheets turned red within seconds.*

"Sh!t! Sh!t Sh!t!!" I ran downstairs to the laundry room and got more blankets out

*I pushed and turned Alexis body into the other bedsheets, I looked around my house for any place I could hide a body. I looked out of my window and, there was no space anywhere, everyone's house was close to each other.*

*I pulled her body into my wardrobe and shut the door. I sat on my bed and thought...*

"What have I done....I didn't mean to kill her....it wasn't my fault, this isn't what I wanted....fvck!" I panicked even more

*I grabbed my book bag from the wooden table next to my bed and stuffed it with money clothes and anything that could fit into it.*

'I'll just run away.... I'll get out of this town!" I rushed out of my room

"Ashley? is that you?" My blind grandma asked as she hit the floor with her white cane

"Yes grandma.... I'm going to the mall!" I said

"Is everything okay dear?" Grandma asked

"Yes I'm fine." I lied

"Ok, don't come late...May would set up dinner very soon" grandma said

"Okay!" I rushed out the house and started running towards the woods, this path lead into the other state and you won't need any identification

*I stopped when I remembered their were electric wires placed everywhere on the floor, so that people won't be able to sneak into the other state without going through the right border.*

"Arugh! Fvck!" I hesitated but went into the woods anyway

"Okay it's getting late...I'm calling her mom!" Ronica said

"Or...we can call Lucas, he's her best friend, he'll know where she is...or what she's doing?" Adina asked

"Ok, and if he doesn't know, we're calling her mom." Ronica added

*I unlocked my phone and called Lucas.*

"Put it in speaker...let's hear what he says." Ronica said

*I didn't what she said and waited for Lucas to pick up the his phone.*

(Girll! leave my bestie alone for a sec and let her pick up her damn phone!) Lucas yelled at the other end of the phone

(What?....You also don't know where Lee is?) I asked, my heart dropped

(She's with you... isn't she?. I've been calling her since the evening you guys left my house....) Lucas said as his voice shook slightly

(She- She isn't with me, the day we left your house, she said she had something to do with her mom...) I said

(Her mom had been out of town for the past week...) Lucas said calmly

(I know that, I didn't know why she lied, but I just kept quiet....she didn't tell you were she was going?) I asked Lucas
