Avana's pov
*After mom dropped the bombshell that she was inviting Lee and her mom over I've been hyperventilating walking around in circle on the rooftop lounge*
"Girl you have to calm down! why are you even worried?" Aiden asked
"I don't know if you guys know this about me, but I can read people like a book..." Ronica said looking at me
"..you guys should calm down I'm not worried...I'm just" I said grabbing a fist full of my hair
"We should calm down" Adina laughed
"You're the one who should calm down" she added
"ok..come, sit down" Ronica said tapping the couch beside her
*I took a big breath in, walked towards the edge of the roof top lounge,looked at the twins that were golfing....well they were trowing the golf ball into the holls with there hands and running around*
*Then I walked towards Ronica who was sitting upright, I looked over at Adina who was in her bikini laying up facing the sun trying to tan*
*I sat next to Ronica and placed my sunshade on my head*
"Avana I want you to answer the following questions truthfully" Ronica said grabbing my fingers in hers
"What in the lie detector test is going on" Adina said walking towards us
"Don't mind Adina...I'm just trying to help" Ronica said making space for Adina to sit
"Erm! Avana breath... you'd soon turn purple.." Ronica said placing her hands on my shoulders
"......." I let out the breathe I didn't know I was holding
"Good...ok, Have you ever dated someone?" Ronica asked placing her hands on her lap
"erm-yeah..I have why?" I asked looking at my nails
"Was it a girl or a boy?" Ronica asked looking at me
"... What-I...I" I stuttered from the shock I got from the question
"Avana.. calm down..just answer the question" Ronica said holding my hand
"Well..I had a boyfriend.." I answered
"Ok then, have you ever been attracted to girls?" Ronica asked
"............" I thought about the question before answering
"erm... I've had like..girl crushes on.. people...yeah?" I answered, unsure of what to say
"Ok, let me cut to the chase" Ronica said moving on her seat trying to be comfortable
"You like Alexis?" She straight up asked me
"......" I didn't say a thing, I looked everywhere except from her.
"Oh, is that why she gets nervous around Lee?" Adina asked Ronica
"ok.." i said
"Yes I have a fvcking massive crush on her! but I'm scared cause I...I don't know what mom and dad or even Alvin and the twins would think .....I don't even know if she likes me or not" I answered in a rush, stood up and walked towards the glass railing of the rooftop
"I knew I liked girls cause I had a crush on my ex-bestfriend but she had a boyfriend and I also had a boyfriend....so I just I ignored the feeling...And I was scared...I was to scared to talk to anyone about it" I said quietly sneefing and wiping my nose
"I...I never really liked my ex boyfriend...I didn't want to date him-but everyone said we looked good together-and of course the cheerleader has to date the famous soccer player" I said placing my hands over my face
