Tommy
My eyes peeled as I watched Wu disappear into the alleyway after the two men who dragged another. I let the curtains fall back into place and slowly backed away from the window. My heart began to race...had I again witnessed a dastardly deed of Wu's? What was he going to do to me now?
I hadn't even meant to see anything...I just wanted the sunshine. My body was sore, bruised, and at least 75% broken.
I don't know how long I was stood there, looking at the curtains I had yanked closed, but it was long enough for the door behind me to make noise again. My body whirled around as my soul came crashing back down to earth. The door opened and standing there with a smile as wide as the sun was Wu.
"And just what were you doing Baby?" He came into the room with a new swagger. "Staring out the window were you?" He stalked closer.
His clothes were mostly black, but on his shirt, I could see what I assumed were surely little blood droplets. He also smelled a bit like guns....
As my eyes met his, I shuddered. They were a fire with a flame, what kind of flame was unclear...but I felt like a small baby deer, being hunted by an adult wolf.
"What'd you see then?" His accent came out. "In that window...which you so lovingly looked out of?"
My eyes caught the glint of his gun in its holster, hidden under his arm.
"Were you looking for me?" He teased, smirking.
"I-I was-," I began.
"Did you see anything else then? Anything other than me?" He came even closer, and I felt myself step back a step, beginning to vibrate.
"I-I didn't see anything." I answered as quickly as my shaking body could manage.
"You never do, do you?" He grabbed onto my arm.
I felt my heart freeze as he guided me backwards. I felt my breath struggling to escape my body.
"P-Please-W-Wu-," I tried to speak, but was cut off by him flinging my body backward on the bed. "I didn't see anything!" I shouted as he climbed onto me.
"Good job," he smirked evilly. "You, never see anything." He sunk down and grabbed my chin, yanking my face upward and crashing his lips onto mine.
I cringed in fear.
I couldn't forgive myself for letting him do what he did. I just couldn't.
His tongue traced my bottom lip, but I kept my mouth sealed. That is, until he grabbed a sore part of my body and I gasped in pain.
He shoved his tongue in my mouth and let his free hand roam around me.
I pulled my face from his. "What-!" I tried to question, but found myself unable to speak as he began to kiss me again, more ferociously, bitting at my lips.
I felt a stinging tear fall as he ripped himself away from me.
"You're such a good boy," he cooed, caressing my body.
"Please-please!" I tried to move his hands.
"Shhhh," he put a finger to his lips."don't worry, you've been good."
I stared at him, unsure of what he meant or what he had planned.
"I'll let you have one wish," he held up a single finger, "but you aren't able to call anyone, and you can't leave the house...At least not without me." He stared deeply into my eyes.
"Uhm-," I couldn't understand what he meant.
"This is because you're such a good secret keeper baby," it was like he read my mind.
"I-I-I-," I couldn't for words.
"Just tell me what you want." He smiled, pulling a bit from me.
I stared at him. He had made it abundantly clear that I was not able to call anyone and I couldn't have any unscheduled trips out of the house without him...which basically cut off all hope for escape....unlesss....
"C-Can-Can I-," I tried to speak.
"What?" He was genuinely interested.
"Can I-move around-the house-?" I spoke in short bursts.
"Cant you already do that?" He laughed.
"Well-you-you lock the door..." I reminded him.
"Oh," he vocalized. "Well, I suppose so, but the house is a bit big. What if you get lost?" He worried a bit.
"I-I know Frances..." I began.
His eyes narrowed.
"I-I know Bei-Ye!" I added.
His eyes only softened a little.
"And I-I know Alexander, and-and you, of course." I added finally, "if I get lost...I know who to ask."
Wu seemed to be stuck in thought for a moment before he sighed. "I suppose they work." He then formed a quizzical look, "how do you know Bei-Ye?"
"She-She did my bandages," I pointed to my ankle, displaying the neatly done bandage.
"Oh, her." He remembered who I was taking about. "Is she your friend now too?"
"I-I guess," I gulped. He was just lying on top of me. His body was heavy, he smelled heavily, and the very idea that there was semi-fresh blood on him caused me to panic-albeit a deep inner panic.
"How? I get a lot of complaint that she never talk." He shrugged.
"Well...she shy?" I tried to make things better, "she only open to me a little." I fought my fear to talk.
"Shy?" He pulled up a bit, laughing. "That's stupid."
I looked at him.
"Whoever heard of a shy whore?" He finally pulled himself off of me and cackled.
I just shrugged, my eyes focusing on the blood on his clothes.
"What?" He asked, noticing my focus.
All I did was point at his shirt.
His eyes followed my finger, "Gāisǐ de! (damnit)" He cursed as he pulled the shirt a bit closer, noticing the blood drops spattered on him. His eyes then peered at me.
"Nà hăo ba! (Oh well!)" He smiled as he again grabbed onto my arm and pulled me up with him.
"Hah?" I vocalized as he started to drag me into the bathroom.
"We must bathe." He cocked his head to the side.
"We-We?" I repeated, afraid.
"In case I got blood on you too." He smirked as he pulled me into the bathroom.
My body was so sore and broken, I barely had any strength left to fight him. He easily scooped me up, and put me on the counter, slamming the door behind us.
"He-Hey!" I called as he started to strip himself.
"What?" He looked up, "you too." He fiddled with my clothes.
I smacked his hand away on instinct. His eyes narrowed. "I-I can do it." I felt my cheeks beaten as I pulled my shirt off.
As Wu turned around, I couldn't help but feel intimidated as I stared into the eyes of the dragon that sprawled across his back...
I had been in a whirlwind for the past few days...but really, how many days has it been? Had I missed my birthday? It had been close. My mind was all sorts of messed up, and I looked at his glorious black dragon tattoo, it only reminded me of where I was, and who I was with.
