"There's Gael, he is the grumpiest amongst us but also extremely soft at heart. Gosh I miss him." Mira smiled remembering his permanent annoyed face.

"Gael huh. So there's Kenji, Nina, Gael and-" Sorsha said.

"Ares. The one who always acts tough but also is the biggest softie ever." Mira said as Sorsha smiled.

"How adorable aw!" Sorsha smiled.

"I still cannot believe that you have a twin." Alec spoke up, directing his lightning towards Mira.

She dodged and used her force towards him which he also avoided successfully.

"Evil twin." Mira grumbled.

"So you don't miss her?" Sorsha asked as Mira shook her head saying no. Lying was better than admitting that she sort of does not hate Nina completely. Despite her shit attitude, she had grown a habit of purposefully annoying her too. It felt gross to admit though.

"I wish I had a twin. By the way Mira, that guy who showed up was so cute!" Sorsha frowned, then let out a gasp as Alec's lightning directly hit Mira and she shuddered in pain.

Sorsha ran towards Mira and started healing her as Alec watched with a frown.

"Was I too harsh?" He asked confused, she had skillfully avoided everything so far so he had no idea what went wrong suddenly. Or was she too tired?

"How cute?" Mira asked, suddenly upset. Sorsha shook her head with a laugh.

"Cute standing next to you cute. Relax." She laughed harder at her pink cheeks as Alec gagged.

"Ugh not the boy talk. Wrap it up, we have a lot of training left!" He said as Sorsha playfully glared at him.

"Funny how you still stay with us listening in despite acting like you hate it Alec." She smiled as Mira smirked slightly.

"Ya, he loves us and our talks!"

"Right, you both are like two flies whining in my ear all day. Get up now. And don't get distracted that easy weirdo." Alec said, breathing in to concentrate his lightning as Sorsha moved back and watched yet again.

She glanced in awe, both of them were so strong. A part of her wondered how cool it would've been to have powers other than healing, but then again she gets to make people overcome their pain so easily so she wouldn't change that for the world.

"Good! Redirect my lightning now." Alec said as he continued simultaneously throwing strings of it towards her.

Mira concentrated, avoiding each one and impelling of some so that it reflected back to him. Doing that however took more of a toll on her energy than just having to normally use her power to avoid it.

Alec finally stopped and smiled at her whilst walking near her. He gave her a side hug as she panted.

"You're getting really good Mira." He smiled proudly as she retaliated with a grin of her own. Even Amer had said that to her today before dismissing her.

"YA M! LET'S GO, YOU'RE SO COOL!" Sorsha cheered from the sidelines as Alec glared at her.

"Ya ya you're cool too Alec." She mumbled out with one third the energy. He rolled his eyes before leaving the two girls to sleep.

Mira, once she reached her room, realized that Kai must have reached home by now. She smiled slightly and laid down. Her heart tried to get rid of the longing, which was impossible, but he was probably doing much better than her at least.

Gio sighed smiling reading the letter from Thane. He was back in Orachi dreading having to come back here. A minute without her makes him miss her more than ever. At least his kids were here with him.
