Alhaitham x reader (romantically)

I was reading and minding my own business on the library couch. Very invested in the story of, "Rose Hathaway".
When all of a sudden, I feel strong arms wrap around me. I smile at the familiarity and eagerly close my book. He chuckles as I hug him back. He lets me go and sits next to me. I playfully grin and tease as if Alhaitham wasn't just, my boyfriend visiting.
"Hey, you! How'd you know I was here?" He chuckles.
"Thought you knew your location was on." I gasp dramatically.
"How often do you check that?" He rolls his eyes in amusement at my comment and looks at the books I have checked out.
"Vampire Academy? Back to vampires, I see."
"I-It was recommend through a friend." I try protesting as he reads the blurb.
"Am I anything like Dimitri Belikov?" He teases, causing me to stamber. Wait a damn minute.
"Ummm..." Alhaitham picks up on my hesitation and playfully does a smirky smile.
"I was just kidding." My face falls in relief.
"Oh. Haha." He raises a brow at my nervous chuckle.
"But now you're getting me courios." I sigh.
"Personality wise... Yeah, a little." He chuckles.
"That's an interesting response." I blushed.
"You know, you're not helping." He starts to skin through the pages.
"Sure thing, Roza." I blushed more as I sigh in embarrassment. He laughed.
"Sorry, I can't do a Russian accent very well."
"Well, you we're pretty close. Comrade~" He gets confused.
"Comrade?" I laughed.
"It's Rose's pet name for Dimitri."
"Their comrades?"
"Not quite..."
"Huh..." He sighs before smiling myschiviously.
"Are you going to tell me about the series?"
And with an excited out burst, I spend the next few house ranting on about my books. Alhaitham chuckles and laughs. I wonder how I haven't driven him crazy yet.
"Anyway, what are you reading?" He fixes his posture at my question.
"Physics." He shows the front cover of Newton's law.
"Huh... Neat. Anything to talk about?"
"You wouldn't be interested." He quickly answers. I smiled softly.
"But I'll still listen." He smiles and the proceeds to tell me about his own reading.

Vampire Academy is an old book series that came out in the late 2000s. I would 100% recommend.
