The next day, Sarah and Henry took a flight back to Zaida City. His driver was already waiting for him at the airport to pick him up but Henry insisted he wanted to drive. Only Sarah and Henry got into the car while the driver waved at them before calling for a taxi.

Instead of heading back to his residence, Henry took a detour and Sarah couldn't stop talking about her friend, Robert, during the journey. Sarah had no ill intention, it's just that no one wanted to talk about last night so she found something else to talk about.

"Robert this, Robert that. Can you stop mentioning his name all the time!" Henry couldn't hold it back anymore.

"So sour. Robert is my friend while you are my boss. Who in their right mind calls their boss all the time?" she thought for a while and a sudden realization. "What? Are you jealous?" Sarah teased.

"Why would I be jealous? I'm not that petty."

"Then you could learn a few things from him," Sarah continued to tease.

"Him? What can I learn from him?" he shifted in his seat, clearly uncomfortable with the conversation. "Let me ask you, if Robert were to ask you for a date, would you object?"

"Of course not," Sarah responded in a heartbeat. "He is a kind, caring, and handsome man. I've known him since I was little, I can trust him and I know he won't hurt me. Most of all, he's not a playboy, unlike someone else. He's such a nice guy, why would I say no?"

"That's your illusion."

"Not only me. Ask any random girl and they'll tell you the same thing. You might have a lot of money but he is a preferred candidate for a stable relationship."

"Then I can only say you are blind." He sighed. "Nothing can save your eyes at all."

A long silence followed.

"What about me?" Henry asked in a really small voice, keeping his eyes on the road.

Sarah sighed. "You? No thanks, I still want to live a little longer." She rested her head on her palm and looked at his handsome face. "Let alone the nuances of your family, your status alone in the business world is enough to make one walk on eggshells every day in fear of the media. I'm short-tempered and I'm pretty sure I'll have a new scandal each day. Your admirers are enough to form a line to the nearest Starbucks."

Another uncomfortable silence ensued. Henry's mood seemed to be getting worse but Sarah was too occupied with the outside view to notice. He clenched his jaws and stepped on the gas.

Henry hated being compared to someone else the most, especially by the person he liked. His father never missed an opportunity to compare him with other kids whenever he failed to meet his ridiculously high expectations. Henry might be a genius to the world but he was never enough for his dad. Not even now despite his achievements. This was the first time in a long time he was willing to let down his guard for someone else and he ended up with such a painful talk. He accelerated like he always did when he was in a bad mood, hoping the adrenaline rush would ease his discomfort.

Finally, Sarah reached the limit she could endure and spoke up. "Can you drive a little slower? You didn't sleep well last night and we might have an accident if you drive with rage."

"I understand. In your mind, I can't do anything right. I can't talk to anyone nicely, I'm not compassionate enough, I'm not caring enough, I can't sleep well, and now I can't even fucking drive! "

"That's not what I meant. What I mean is, can you not act like a spoiled brat at this time? You know what, I'd rather hang out with Robert than look at your long face for the rest of the journey," Sarah said as she stared outside.
