Sarah woke up the next morning at 11.30 a.m., she's never been an early riser, feeling like a train ran over her. She had one of his grey sweatpants and a t-shirt he'd helped her change into somewhere in the night and, with his meticulous care, her hair didn't look like she was homeless. She headed to the bathroom, almost the size of her bedroom, and noticed an array of feminine products that weren't there previously. The surprising part is that all the additional products were what she normally used. The new toothbrush next to his didn't go unnoticed. Did he get all these for her?

Sarah got over her initial surprise and stripped her clothes before entering the stylish walk-in shower. She adjusted the water temperature to almost a liquid fire, and the water pressure to a perfect setting before closing her eyes and letting the water, and her favorite shower gel, soothe her tired body. Fifteen minutes later, all the discomfort was almost gone and she felt pampered like a little princess. She savored the feeling, her heart warm and fuzzy. With his gentle and thoughtful care, her restless heart calmed down a lot and she even felt like she'd overreacted earlier. Maybe there really wasn't anything between him and Cindy, just like just like she was already over Brandon.

Half an hour later, she walked out of the bathroom feeling thoroughly relaxed. If not for a slight headache, she might have forgotten about her hangover. She entered the bedroom and found clean clothes already placed on the bed for her to change. His thoughtfulness made her smile as she slipped into the beige lounge wear. She decided to head out of the room, intending to go grab some herbal tea. As soon as she opened the door, she almost collided with Henry, who walked in holding a tray of delicious food and a herbal concoction on the side.

"Where are you going?" He asked, almost like scolding, placing the tray on the bedside table. "I thought you were going to rest a little longer." He pursed his lips and shook his head a little in disapproval, but there was unmistakable concern in voice. "Are you feeling uncomfortable anywhere?"

"I'm fine." Sarah went back to the room sat on the bed while he placed the tray on the bed. Breakfast in bed, no, scratch that, lunch in bed. Not that either. Brunch in bed. Her mouth watered at the sight of the food and her stomach did a good job reminding her she'd missed her dinner and breakfast. She wolfed down half the food before realizing there was another human beside her.

A slight blush crept up her face and she cleared her throat, trying to diffuse the awkwardness. "Don't look at me like that, I'm just really hungry." A soft laugh escaped his lips and Sarah felt better. "Besides, I've been through this and turned out fine." Sarah took a sip of the herbal concoction and smiled. "I feel well rested enough already."

"Well, if that's the case..." Henry sat on the edge of the bed and a sweet smile blossomed on his face. A smile that almost had her drooling. "How about we talk about last night."

Snippets of last night's events surfaced in her mind and blood rushed to her cheeks. She grit her teeth, lowered her head and covered her face with both palms, wishing the earth would crack open and swallow her whole. She couldn't bear to remember all the embarrassing things she said and did. Henry's smile widened at her every reaction, making her even more embarrassed.

"I think we should set a few rules about your drinking," Henry said with a slight chuckle.

"Is... Is it that bad?" Sarah kept her head lowered and her face covered but peeked at him through the cracks of her fingers. She realized she cared too much about what he thought about her.

"Let's see." He dropped his elbows on his knees, clasped his hands, took a deep breath and hesitated. He glanced at her several times, as if trying to figure out how to say it in a nice way, and she sat up straight as her back stiffened. Was it really that bad? After what felt like ages, he spoke again, "You sold yourself to me and still helped me count the money."
