"Ella! Tara cafè tayo later?" Kelly was holding her books while leaning on the locker.

"Can't" I smiled at her after closing the door of my locker. "Go ask Raine nalang."

"Hindi ka sumasama samin gumala! Why?" She gave me the puppy eyes.

"I have after school activities nga." We walked down the corridor. "Tsaka alam ko naman na kasama yun eh."

"Edi hindi isasama!" For sure isasama parin nila.

"Wag na, I don't want to deprive anyone from being with their friends. Go have fun nalang." I smiled at her.

Our started and ended around 3:30pm and as usual nakatambay ako sa gate ng school nag aantay sa sundo ko.

"Stella." I heard a male's voice from behind.

Lumingon ako and to my surprise it was him. After months, there he was, runing toward me.

"Hi." I gave me a smile.

Dun naman ako magaling eh. Sa pag ngiti kahit masakit yung nararamdaman ko. Look at this guy, acting all happy as if we never hurt each other.

"Can we talk?" He catched his breath.

Tumingin ako sa wristwatch ko.

"Okay, 10 minutes." I looked into those dark eyes of him.

"Look, I uhm. I came here to ask something." Habol habol parin nya ang hininga nya.

"Okay?" Kumunot ang noo ko. "Hurry up already! 6 minutes."

"Please, Hindi mo ba ako kayang ipaglaban?" Mas kumunot ang noo ko.

Is he serious? Ginagago ba nya ako?

"That's all? Sorry hahaha don't get me wrong. Mahal kita, sobra. But for you to court someone and then stand here infront of me, asking me kung hindi ba kita kayang ipaglaban. Sweetheart, have you really lost it?" I was talking nonsense. Alam kong hindi ito ang gusto kong sabihin pero utak ko na ang may kontrol at hindi na ang puso. "No, I stopped fighting for-"

I felt a hand on my shoulder.

"H-hey." Tumingala ako kay Bro James.

"Hi, hiniram ng Ahia mo ang driver mo eh. I came here para sunduin ka." He smiled.

"And who's this? Ito naba ang pinalit mo sa'kin?" Gabe scoffed.

"Uhmm no. This is my... churchmate." I looked at him who crossed his arms. "Now if wala kanang sasabihin mauna na kami."

I turned my back and followed Bro James.
He helped me ride the back of his motorcycle.

"Saan tayo pupunta?" Hindi sya dumaan sa ruta pauwi sa bahay.

"Like what you said, We'll date often. Kaya naman naisip ko na sa vermosa tayo tatambay." He replied. "Don't worry, iuuwi kita bago mag 7pm."

Nice, were going on a date.

We arrived at the parking. He helped me get down for the motorcycle.

"So anong gagawin natin dito?" I looked at him.

"Let's get coffee." He smiled.

Cute.

"Okay."

Sinundan ko siya sa loob ng starbucks.

"You really like pink huh?" He pointed at my pink drink.

"Yeah, signature color ko." I continued drinking. "So this date, uhm. Is this like a date date or you're really just friendly?"
