Chapter 10

Connors POV

I was sitting in my office at the end of the day just catching up on paperwork when my phone rang. I looked and saw it was Ricky calling me which is unusual as he is on duty with Troye.

I answer and say hey mate whats up? He says to me I need your help. We were just on a chase which resulted in an accident and Troye just froze on me. He wont talk to me or move.

I grab my keys and run out the door not caring about the paperwork.

I jumped in the car as I was talking to Ricky and told him to send me his location as I was on my way.

I hung up and started my car as Ricky sent me the location. I see it's not far from my office which is good. I can get to my soul mate faster. He needs me and I need to help him and fast. I don't want him to go on a downward spiral again. By the sounds of it I'm the only one that can help him.

I pull up at the scene and see Troye straight away just frozen on the spot. I jump out of my car and run up to Troye and pull him into my arms and whisper in his ear, I say babe it's me come on I will take you home. Run you a hot bath then we can talk.

I look around for Ricky and see him talking to Kian but rather close to him. I start to walk up to them and I hear Kian say babe Troye is going to be ok. Connor is here he will get through to him.

As I get up to them I say ok what's going on here? Kian looks up and says Ricky and I are going out please don't say anything to anyone. I shake my head and say I won't say anything. I'm going to take Troye home and I will watch him overnight. I will call you tomorrow to let you know how he is.

Kian says yeah ok mate thanks for that. I will put him in for stress leave for tomorrow so tell him not to worry about his shift tomorrow. Also I think maybe some boost up to his appointments might help him. I don't know just a thought. I say to him I will think about it. I will see how he is tonight and tomorrow.

Kian nods his head and says ok mate thanks for turning up to help him after hours.

I need to tell him about us. I don't think Troye will care if I do.

I turned to Kian and said look, I need to tell you something as well Troye and I are dating. We have been for over 6 months. I didn't want anyone to know when we first started as I dint think the force would like it, but now I don't care. I love Troye and he loves me.

I turn around to go back to my boyfriend and help him to my car so I can take him home.

As I get home I look over at Troye who hasn't said anything the whole drive home only has his hand mine the whole way.

I squeeze his hand and say babe we are home at my place. Come on I will run you a nice shower to warm you up a bit then we can talk for a bit ok. It's going to be ok babe I'm here for you.

We will get through it together I promise you. I will be here for you the whole way.

I get out to unlock the house then go back to get Troye. I help him out of the car and lock it after.

We slowly walk into the house and into my en-suite where I place him on the toilet until I can get the shower running at the right temperature.

Once the shower is all set I help him undress as he still hasn't moved, he just staring into space. Which worries me as I don't think he was this bad the first time. I will have to ask Ricky how he was.

After Troyes shower I help him into bed then go and make a cup of tea to help with the shock.

I sit beside him and carefully put it in his hands.

I watch him the whole time in case I need to grab it.
