Tears

(Oakley's POV)

I never really liked Aster but seeing him here. It just reminded me I can never save anyone. I can never be good enough to save him. I looked over the room. The white walls made aspects of Ava disappear. Ava had been crying next to Mackenzie whenever she could. The amount of tissues she used engulfed the legs of her chair. I looked back at aster his pink, white-spotted skin looked so out of place against the baby blue bedcovers. The feel of wetness ran down my cheek. I hadn't cried since, since I'd died.

My tear was followed by another and another. I couldn't stop! One tear landed on Aster's skin and made a sizzle. Aster jolted up and I embraced his torso.

(Aster's POV)

My head felt forging and I was dazed. Someone was hugging me. They had a small frame and their bones oud felt from the outside. I blinked and y vision returned to normal. It was Oakley. I ever expected Oakley to do this. He never really liked touching people. "Knock Knock" I think a joke will comfort him.

He says through his happy tears "Who's there?"

"Aster"

"Aster who?"

"Aster Ricks"

He looks up. His grey skin is drenched with tears. "Ricks? Your last name is Ricks. Like Asterisks? Is that even legal" I shrug. I let Oakley hug me for a few more moments. He pulls back and I smile at him.

(Ava's POV)

Aster was awake. That gave me hope. If anything I at least know that Mackenzie might wake up. I heard a stir, my eyes shot to Mackenzie. I was so excited. Zora sat up in her bed. She rubbed her head and Ainsley attended to her. I stared lonely at Mackenzie hoping she'll wake up.

(Mackenzies's POV)

I woke up to a sudden scent of Peppermint and a girl embracing me at the hips. Her white frizzy har was soft and stood out against my dark skin. I asked her what happened and she told me that I had been somewhat possessed. She didn't care much I could tell she was happy to see me.

Mrs A arrived at the door.

"Now children, you two" She aggressively at me and Zora. "Are getting to the train right now!"

She grabbed me and Zora's wrists and dragged us to the door. The other followed us. A white light flashed in my eyes and Mrs A's hand slipped and a different hand get me and I heard a voice I could get lost in yells "run"
