"ITS TOO LATE. He's here." Ruby says. Sam was quick to hide Anna around the corner in a room, ordering her not to move. Instinctively, Dean gently grabs ahold of Allison and places her behind him. When Sam returned, he pulled a flask of holy water out of his jacket, "No, Sam, you gotta pull him right away." Ruby says.
"Whoa, hold on a second." says Dean.
"Now's not the time to bellyache about Sam going dark side," Ruby spats, "He does this thing. He exorcises that demon or we die." Dean didn't say anything else and Sam puts the flask back into his jacket.
Upon hearing slow footsteps, the door was kicked open and in walked a man. Sam raised his hand in the air and begins to focus on his abilities — the man grabs his throat but then just coughs, "That tickles," he says and waves a finger, "You don't have the juice to take me on, Sam," he says and Sam lowers his hand. The demon uses his own abilities to throw Sam down the stairs that he had just climbed up.
Dean pulls out the demon-killing knife and raises it high, but before he could stab it into the demons chest, the demon grabs him by the wrist, "Hello again, Dean," he pins Dean against the wall.
Allison lost sight of Ruby, but kept her eyes on Dean and the demon. The demon was able to knock the knife out of Deans hands, "Come on, Dean. Don't you recognize me? Oh, I forgot. I'm wearing a pediatrician." He punches Dean across the face. Allison felt helpless, she looked around and her eyes landed on the knife. "But we were so close . . . in Hell."
Dean realizes, "Alastair." Allison grabs the knife and kicks Alastair in the back of the knees, making him fall and release Dean. She raises the knife up but he swings around quick, kicking her feet from under her and she lands on her back, releasing the knife. Alastair climbs on top of her, grabbing ahold of her wrists and pinning them above her head.
"Allison . . ." he whispers, staring down at her face while she struggled to get away from his grip. Suddenly, she spit in his fist and head butted him but it only seemed to affect her. He wiped the spit from his face but before he could do anything, Sam grabbed him and flipped him over, stabbing him in the chest with the knife but it didn't do much to him.
"You're gonna have to try a whole lot harder than that, son." Alastair says, throwing Sam away as he struggled to pull the knife out. Sam then went over to Dean and they both looked toward the glass window — they had an idea. Dean pulled Allison up and she looked at him, "Do you trust me?"
She nodded. He interlocked their fingers and then took off, pulling her behind him. On sync, all three jumped through the glass window. Alastair stared down at them with the demon killing knife in his hands.
