HOLDING HIS HAND UP TO HER LIPS, SHE RELEASED A SHAKY BREATH. Starring down at Dean's limp body, a tear rolled down her face. The only thing she could hear was the tap of her foot the beeping from the machines that Dean was hooked up to.

    She was trying to process everything that happened in the last twenty-four hours. First, he was taken by Uriel and Castiel. They made him torture Alastair using what the demon himself taught him. Therefore, her and Sam were going through hell and high water to find him, even if that meant teaming up with Ruby. Second, Allison watched Sam deteriorate Alastair with his mind. And now, she was sitting in the hospital next to Dean, refusing to leave his side.

Her mind wandered back to Sam's words just an hour or so prior;

Allison sat next to Dean, holding his hand as she whispered small prayers in hopes that a miracle will happen and he will open his eyes. The doctors told her and Sam both that he was stable but it was hard telling when Dean would wake up. If he would.

She looks at his face, tears rolling down her own as she stared at him. Sam in the chair on the other side of Dean, watching his brother. His eyes glanced up to Allison ever so often, knowing she had watched what he'd done to Alastair.

"Allison," he spoke, his voice barely above a whisper, "What you saw —"

"Stop," her voice was stern. He bit down on his lip. She looked up at him, "Don't talk, Sam."

"But I have to explain," he proceeds to say.

"I don't care what you have to say, right now," she said. She never wanted to hurt Sam's feelings — he had been there for her since day one. She scoffed out a chuckle, "What you did to Alastair . . ." she trails off, trying to choose her words wisely, "You are the only person who could do something like that. I praise you for taking care of him," she says, "but what you did, Sam . . ." she pauses, releasing a shaky breath, "I don't even know what to say."

Sam nods, his face morphing into sadness, as if he was holding back a cry. "Don't tell Dean," he silently begged, glancing over at his brother who was still in the same state, "He can't know."

"I won't," she told him in an assuring tone, "But you are gonna have to, Sam. If you don't and only if you don't. I will," she said and his teeth gritted, "He already has his suspicions about you and Ruby. He knows something's going on, he just doesn't know what," she continues to say, looking at him with the most serious look. She scoffs, "I don't know what you're doing, nor do I care. You're a big boy making decisions — whatever happens, Sam. It'll be your fault."
