-Arianna's POV-
I heard faint noises as I dropped to the floor, my eyes flickering in and out and then suddenly going blind. I slammed into someone's chest and I heard the clatter of a dish hitting the wall. The final thing I heard was someone rushing to my side saying "what is going on in here!" and then everything went blank.
My eyelids felt like lead as I tried to open them. They opened slowly and I felt dazed looking around as the light entering my eye felt like laser beams. I shut them and then blinked frequently trying to get used to it. Lifting my head slowly it flopped back into the pillow.
"Am I drugged." I said out loud, not knowing whether I was alone or not. There was no answer. I heard voices talking outside the door.
"Okay, Kate, she should be getting up in about an hour so you can check back around then and don't let her act too fast because the effects of the drug hasn't worn off yet." The faint voice stated.
"Alright i'm just gonna go do some laundry, i'll check on her after." Another voice replied.
"So I am drugged? S-so this is how it f-feels." My voice seemed to come out a little falty. I didn't even feel attached to my actions when I started to get up and walk. My eyes were half closed, and everything seemed a little loopy, funny even. I remember this feeling, i've experienced it way too many times. It'll take me about three days to regain my memory of what I did to have over-angered myself. Until then I just know that I must've gotten angry and passed out.
I headed out into the yellow coloured hallways, no one was there. I began to walk and the walls seemed to stretch with every step I took, and spin. I exhaled heavily and widened my eyes trying to focus. I rubbed them a little and stumbled into a body. Looking up I saw Sam and I had to get really close to notice it was him. He pushed me off.
"What the hell are you doing." He examined me as I giggled.
"Are you normally this cranky?" I said whilst poking his face. He slapped my finger. He looked confused at my carefree attitude, then it seemed like he realized something.
"A-are you drugged?" He smiled a little, "you just woke up from two days ago didn't you?" He grabbed my chin and stared into my eyes. "Yeah, you're definitely gone."
I pulled my head away from his grip and rubbed my forehead. "It's been two days?" I said with a draggy voice. He nodded in reply.
"Oh, and if I hadn't caught you that place you're rubbing would be in a world of pain." He started to walk away. "Thank me when you're normal, oh, and you're a freak."
I grabbed his arm. "No, guide me to the kitchen first the map in the walls seem to lead me nowhere" I gestured towards the walls and he looked at them.
"What the hell are you talking about?" He chuckled a little. I laughed at his smiling face, something was really funny to me. The laughing took over and I couldn't stop myself.
"Alright, alright, it's not that funny, and you can guide yourself you tried to kill me with a frying pan." He pulled his arm away. "You're psycho."
I laughed even harder. A frying pan?
"Oh, boohoo, you're scared of me big tough guy?" I giggled some more and tapped his cheek, "not so macho now are we?"
He looked at me and rolled his eyes, then dragged me to the kitchen and left me. I stared into the fridge for about 15 minutes. I felt someone come up behind me.
"Looking for something?"
I whirled around and slammed into the counter. I saw it was Stefan and laughed hysterically.
"You scared me, don't do that!" I slapped his shoulder. "Did you see that? I just slammed into the table." I laughed even harder. He stared at me blankly, the same look he always has. I placed my hand on his cheeks and squeezed.
"Why don't you try a different emotion for a change, you're just way too serious y'know!" I pulled his cheeks and then squeezed them back together causing his lips to form a fish shape and then stretch. He grabbed my hands and lowered them onto the table, keeping a hard grip on them and trapping me between his body and the counter.
His face leaned in closer and when my eyes came back into focus his lips were and inch away from mine, testing my patience. He paushed for a moment letting out breath againt my lips and then whispered.
"You haven't even seen how serious I can get." A tint of a smirk came onto his face, "but maybe I can show you sometime." He then looked to the right when someone cleared their throat and unhanded me. I looked to see Kate shaking her head at me. She walked over and grabbed me after he left the kitchen.
"Are you crazy! I told you to stay clear of him what is wrong with you!" She flicked my nose and I flinched. "You were supposed to stay in the room, you shouldn't be walking, but of course you're out here getting yourself involved with more trouble." She shook her head, closing the fridge door as I chuckled at her motherly behavior.
"I was looking for something to eat!" I defended myself.
"Yeah, that's not all you seemed to be looking for." She winked and I rolled my eyes. She lead me back tot he room after giving me some cookies and I immediately fell back to sleep.
Everytime I get that shot, I sleep like a fricking bear in hibernation!
