Hello, people! How are you doing? It's been so long...

I have been preoccupied with my studies and finalizing my research so I didn't have the motivation to write but I'm always checking this account to see how things are going! (Yes, I have read every single comment, lmao)

Now that I'm not so busy, I apologize for not updating as fast as I could when I had the time. I haven't been writing for my other book as well and I've seen that it's been gaining some readers too so I'll do my best to finish it this year (no promises hahaha)

This chapter isn't that long compared to the last one, but I hope you enjoy it! I won't keep you long on this note, thank you for the 10,000 reads! :)

Special Chapter 2

The sun is almost fully out and the birds can be heard chirping outside yet the two are still in their own world inside Ayato's bedroom.

The young Master is leaning against the wall, sitting on the futon with Thoma's head resting on his lap. He's sorting his blonde hair and sometimes just touching it while Thoma's voice fills the background, giving him stories he hasn't told him before.

It has been a long time since the two became lovers, enough time for Thoma to be comfortable staying in Ayato's residence once in a while. They have previously taken significant steps in their relationship, such as venturing outside of their normal routines and attempting new things together.

Amidst their hectic schedules as Yashiro Commissioner and Kamisato Estate housekeeper, they make time for one another.

"And... that's what happened, my lord." Thoma ends his story about how his day went yesterday and looks up at Ayato who's also looking at him. He stares at him for a while before deciding to get up and sit in front of him to face each other. "We should go to work, sir. There's a lot of things to do, aren't there?"

The young Master shakes his head slightly, appearing to be at ease in his current posture, and Thoma senses Ayato has no intention of leaving the bed or moving away from him.

"Sir?" Thoma called him in a concerned tone.

Ayato is not one to avoid work or ignore his obligations. He is noted for being severe in his profession and understands his role in the clan. It's a sight to see him plastered to the futon, unable to move to get to work.

"We need to move, my lor—" Before Thoma could finish his words, the young Master pulled him closer and his face got buried in his chest that he could smell his flower scent. "Ayato?" He raised his head, their faces close to each other. Thoma sighs.
