This first album is AMAZING!!! It will be added to my Mp3 player. At first, it seemed very random, but I think that's what they were going for, it seemed like they had a really fun time making it, just 5 boys having fun together.
I would love to have a band like this.
My favorite song?: "the one where we chant" orrrrrrr "Let's dance to the rhythm of love"
I think at the end when they all sang "Stand By Me" acapella, it was so silly, but it was real! Like they were all just genuinely enjoying themselves.
I personally wish it could've been longer, but regardless it was worth every 23 minutes and 23 seconds! :D
Having listened and loved Widowdusk, I think that this was definitely a change compared to their debut EP "I Know Where We're At, Not Where We're Going" released in 2022. That EP was such raw emotion, really highlighting the Skramz sound.
Coming out of their 3-month hiatus with this album was simply genius.
I wish I could've heard about this album coming out the day it was released!! I only found out yesterday and was overjoyed and ecstatic about this.
With a new album, they may be going on tour, in the event of them doing this... They may come to my city, if they do, you can count on me being there! I believe seeing them live would be a truly touching experience whether or not they play emotional music or just fun music that the mosh pit could go wild over.
In conclusion, this album is the first of many great ones to come! I highly recommend listening to it.
