I'm now chasing the clone of this cursed spirit into Shibuya station.
Damn, he can run quite fast.

I see the clone meet what seems to be the original body, with Itadori running behind it.

Before I can even process what's happening, the curse comes and touches the upper left part of my face before running past me.
I put my hand over the place the curse touched, standing in silence.
I can see all my memories flashing before my eyes, especially my childhood ones with Fumi and Saori, too.

I wonder how Fumi would react when she finds out.
I promised her when I left that the next time we met, it'd be with the three of us.

I couldn't keep my promise."

Itadori pushes the clone aside and runs over to me.
I put my hand down and look at him with a genuine smile.
This is the last time I'll ever speak again.

Nobara: "Itadori, tell everyone this for me.
Life wasn't so bad!"

I can feel my skin in that part quickly swell up and burst.
I fall down to the ground, with a sharp flicker of pain coursing through my body.
I can only see through one eye, and my vision slowly starts blurring.
I can't feel my own body.
I can only hear Itadori's voice, as he starts breaking down, from what I can hear.
No, don't cry.
Don't cry like that.
I can't bear listening to his sobs.
All I want to do is to get up and go confort him, to tell him everything's gonna be alright.
But I can't do that, as much as I'd like to.
All I feel is silence.
A calming silence.
Pure bliss that will now be an everlasting silence for the people around me.
It's comforting.
I never knew how peaceful it would be to lie in death's cold embrace.
I've accepted death already, yet the regret of leaving everyone behind still haunts me.
I ultimately let go of that feeling as well, and let the welcoming arms of death enfold me into a heavenly delight.
