It's been about three months since Drake has seen Kendrick. He'd be lying if he said he didn't think about him every day. He missed his kisses, his strong arms holding him at night, and even him shaving his legs for him. But he isn't really alone. As his growing belly is a reminder of that. He's officially six months pregnant as of two days ago. Drake can't wait to be a mom. It's something he's wanted for a long time. But to be honest, he never pictured being a mommy without Kendrick in the picture.

Today, Drake decides it's time to go out and buy some baby essentials. He still doesn't have a crib yet or a pump. And his milk has started to come in. He's been leaking so much of it, he has to change his shirt multiple times throughout the day. He leaves his home after locking the door and starts down the street. Before going to Target, he goes to get a coffee from the local cafe.

"Hi, what can I get you?" The barista behind the counter smiles at him.

"Yeah, can please get a caramel frappe? With extra whipped cream." He asks, blushing slightly. He's so bad. He grins mischievously to himself. His mom said he's not allowed to have sugar before noon. But here he is. Doing what she told him not to do. This is such an adrenaline rush. He thinks, hands lightly shaking from the thrill of it all.

"Sure, coming right up. Please wait over there." She says, and points over to the other end of the counter where it says "pick up".

He walks where she tells him to and waits. Gosh. He internally sighs. This was his and Kendrick's favorite place to get coffee. He looks behind him at the empty booth they would always sit at. He would sit on one side, while Kendrick sat on the other. He'd put his feet in Kendrick's lap so he could do This Little Piggy Went To The Market on him. He closes his eyes sadly. He could still feel his warm touch on his cold toes. Just then, he's taken out of his thoughts by the sound of someone clearing their throat.

"Your coffee, Sir." The same barista says, handing his coffee to him.

"Thanks." He says, taking it from her and quickly exiting the cafe.

He eventually gets to Target and heads to the baby section. Jeez Louise! There's so many options. As he's looking through the isles, the feeling of guilt slowly starts eating at him. He should have never disobeyed his mother. His mom only wants what's best for him. But at the same time, what she doesn't know won't hurt her. Right? He sighs. No. He has to do the right thing. He pulls his phone out of his pocket and immediately calls him mom.

"Drake! How's my big handsome boy doing today?" She answers with a smile on her face.

"Mommy, I did something bad today." He mumbles, frowning down at his shoes.

"Drake." She says in a stern voice, "What did you do?".

"I-" He takes a deep breath, "I had a frappuccino today."

"DRAKE! You know too much sugar can upset your tummy." She says, in disbelief.

"I know, Mommy. I'm sorry." He begins, "But my tum tum isn't hurting at all right now." He says reassuring her.

"I don't care! You shouldn't even take that risk!" She shouts. "You're in big trouble young man!"

"I understand, Mommy." He says, bottom lip wobbling and tears pooling into his eyes.

"You go straight to your room and think about what you've done." She says, and the tears in his eyes finally fall.

"Okay, Mom." He says, quietly sobbing.

"I'm so disappointed in you, Drake. I can't believe you would do something like this." She says, "Next time I see you, you're getting your bottom whooped and sitting in the corner."

"No! Please Mommy, anything but that." He wails.

"You should have thought twice about disobeying me. Go home. Now." She says, then promptly hangs up.

Drake takes off running out of the store. He can barely see where's he's going because he's crying so much. But he'll be damned if he disobeys his mother again. He soon gets back to his home and notices his front door is open. Oh no. There's an intruder in his home. He slowly reaches for the umbrella next to the front door and picks it up.

"Alright, Buddy," He shouts into his home. This is probably the most scared he's ever been but at least no one but himself knows it. "No more mister nice guy. I have a weapon and I'm not afraid to use it. Come out now and nobody gets hurt." He grips the umbrella, whole body trembling in fear.

He takes a tiny step inside and notices rose petals on the ground. What the heck? He thinks to himself. He follows them and realizes they lead to the closed door of bedroom. He stands in front of the door and listens for anything. He hears quiet romantic music playing. He takes a deep breath and slowly opens the door. His eyes widen in shock. There, naked on his bed is Kendrick, covered in chocolate syrup. Drake feels heat immediately rise to his cheeks. Then he slams the door shut, runs to his bathroom and locks himself inside.

"Wait!" He hears Kendrick yelling after him.

Drake can hear some shuffling and the sound of clothes hastily being pulled on. He hears footsteps leading toward the bathroom.

"Please, Drake." Kendrick says, "Let me talk to you. I can explain everything to you. Just please hear me out and I promise you'll never have to see me again."

Drake ponders the request. Maybe he should hear him out. And not just because of the way he looked layed out on his bed covered in chocolate. He twirled a piece of hair around his finger and bit his lip just thinking about it. No, not because of that. He should listen because he needs this. He needs closure. He needs to close this painful chapter of his life. With a deep breath he opens the door and faces the man who broke his heart.
