As the crew stood in silence, digesting Eleazar's revelation, Lyra glanced at Max. It was a glance that spoke volumes, a glance that revealed the truth about her love for him.
Lyra's eyes sparkled with tears as she turned to Max. "I have something to confess," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
Max's heart raced as he nodded, his eyes locked on hers. "I think I know what you're going to say," he said, his voice filled with emotion.
Lyra took a deep breath, her words tumbling out in a rush. "I've been in love with you since the moment I met you, Max. I've tried to deny it, to hide it, but I can't anymore."
Max's face was not happy as he was going to have to break her heart after revealing the truth . "I've noticed it for a long time but I can't help it. You are. Good friend Lyra, but I've been in love with someone too." he said, his voice filled with conviction. "I've tried to fight it, to ignore it, but I can't anymore. And I'm sorry".
The crew erupted into cheers and applause as Max and Lyra embraced. They stood there for a moment, holding each other tight, their hearts filled with joy and happiness and sorrow.
As they pulled back, Lyra's eyes sparkled with tears. "I'm so glad we finally told each other," she said, her voice filled with emotion.
Max nodded, his eyes locked on hers. "Me too," he said, his voice filled with conviction. "Me too."
As the crew celebrated Max and Lyra's revelation, Max turned to Eleazar with a nervous glance. "There's something else I need to say," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.
Eleazar's eyes narrowed, his gaze locked on Max. "What is it, Max?" he asked, his voice firm but curious.
Max took a deep breath, his words tumbling out in a rush. "I've been in love with you too, Eleazar. I know it may seem unexpected, but I can't deny it anymore."
The crew's cheers and applause died down, replaced by stunned silence. Eleazar's expression was unreadable, his eyes locked on Max with an intensity that made Max's heart race.
And then, something unexpected happened. Eleazar's face softened, his eyes filling with a deep emotion. "I've been in love with you too, Max," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.
The crew erupted into cheers and applause once more, their acceptance and support overwhelming. Max and Eleazar embraced, their love finally revealed, their hearts filled with joy and happiness.
As they pulled back, Lyra's eyes sparkled with tears. "I'm so glad we're all together," she said, her voice filled with emotion. "I'm so glad we're all free to love each other, without fear or shame."
The crew nodded in agreement, their bond stronger than ever. They knew that their love and acceptance was the key to their strength, their unity, and their survival.
I feel sorry for Lyra.
Too bad. Anyways my boys are finally out of the closet.
