Once Upon A Time....in the middle 1700's amongst the woods, was a nice old village. The place had a very low population of town folk but it was still as cozy as any other place.
However, this village has been terrified of the evil wolves that come in the night, ready to feast on their prey. These wolves were black as night with very sharp claws that could tear the skin off the flesh in seconds. This was complimented with their razor sharp fangs which sent shivers down anyone's spine.
The citizens tried sending a letter to a nearby kingdom but received no help. So one night, all the men and huntsmen of the village and the woods, gathered together in a group to search and destroy the wolves. Many lives were lost but with a few man standing strong and one huntsman, they managed to fight the beasts until they finally reached victory and killed all of the wolves.
The village heard this news immediately and began to have a celebration throughout the night. The children were no longer kept inside the homes from danger, they laughed and played merrily while everyone else was cooking and enjoying their freedom from the wolves.
Even though the people are celebrating their goal, no one knows that there was one wolf still remaining in the woods.
20 years later and the people of the village still live in harmony and peace. In a small wooden house was a mother making a pie in her humble kitchen with a smile. The flour and cherries she used, stained her white apron on her dress.
When she was done making the pie, she placed it on a nearby table to cool down. "Oh Freya," she yelled out to call her daughter.
Freya was a kind seven year old girl whom loved to pick flowers around her home when she had her free time. She left her room after putting on her favorite dress and went to her mother.
" what is it mother?," she said kindly as she entered the kitchen.
She answered, " you know your grandmother hasn't been feeling well."
