Chapter 9 Disastrous Girls Day (part 2)

Kelly pov.

"Oh Kelly I have one more suprise for you today." Nikki says while we were walking down the street back from the park.

"What is it?" I say staring to feel excited but also nervous. Nikki's surprises are always one of two things something I'd love or something I'd hate but she'd like because she could make fun of me.

"So don't freak out in public now but how about we go and adopt some main coons kittens today."

Don't freak out!? Is this girl serious right now!

"Are you being for real right now?" I can feel my excitement begging me to let it out.

"Yeah I did some research a while back and there is a pet shop not to far from here where we can adopt 2 main coons." She says smiling brighter than the sun.

"Really!? Oh my gosh yess!." I jump up and wrap my arms around her hugging her.

She gasps for air. "Uhm Kelly I can't breath with you trying to break my ribs right now."

I let go and jumps up and down finally letting my excitement lose. I'm getting a kitten. We are getting two baby main coons!

"We should get some stuff for the cats first though." She says.

I nod and looks around the street and a shop catches my eye. Kitty's Galore. Yes that sounds about right.

I link my arm through hers and run to the shop dragging her behind me.

"Woah slow down woman!"

"I can't I'm too excited!"

Running into the shop a little bell dings as we open the door but it's definitely not what u expected instead of cat toys beds and foods on the shelves there is alot of graphic pictures in the walls and boxes of what only you could describe as something straight out of a porn hub advertisement. This isn't definitely NOT a  cat shop. This is a Sex Shop!  Oh my gosh I dragged us straight into a damn Sex shop.

I look at Nikki and she looks at me both of us turning a beet red shade resembling tomatoes right now. I don't even like tomatoes!

Nikki grabs my arm and turns to the door both of us running out as fast as possible. When I get outside I feel like I could just stick my head into the ground or even get swallowed up alive. Death would be alot better than all the faces of the people on the streets looking at us, some even turning to there friends and partners and whispering to them. I can feel tears sting my eyes of being utterly humiliated. But when a group of girls point at me and start laughing, the only sound I hear is Nikki's voice shouting at them.

"What!? Never seen two girl walk into a Sex shop what is this kindergarten we are adult mind your own business!" 

She then grabs my arm and pulls me behind her while continuing to walk down the street like nothing happened. Like she didn't just scream and group of teenagers and like we didn't just walk into a Sex shop.

"Who even calls a Sex shop Kitty's Galore I mean come on seriously."

My embarrassment finally dissapated and I'm now walking next to her.

"I know right."

After a while of walking around looking for pet shops we finally found one and decided to buy afew toys some food and 2 little beds witch would be delivered later today.

After paying for the cat stuff we make out way down to the pet adoption center where we would be getting our kittens.

As I walk into the baby blue and yellow painted building my breath gets blown away. There is people dressed in uniforms with little paw prints stitched into there cloths, kittens are placed along the left side of the building with bird cages against the back wall and dogs to the right. There is more cages centred in the middle of the building the roof is high and the windows are big allowing the sun to shine in.
