Chapter 15 Time has come/ New river

Nikki POV.

I'm looking around the food court with my mouth still watering  like the Niagara falls when Felix suddenly grabs my arms and holds them behind my back.

"Hay! What are you doing!?" I shout. 

"Hyunjin now! I can't hold her for long!"

I'm struggling to get my arms out of his grip when  Hyunjin is behind me and I feel him putting something around my wrist.

After Felix lets me go I'm already looking at my wrist where he attached the baby blue couples handcuff and I can feel my anger bubble up when I see him  smirking like he just won the lottery.

Kelly comes running over as soon as she heard me shouting but was already to late, and by the time I realised what was happening and what the contraption around my wrist was Hyunjin was already grabbing Kelly and holding her arm out for Felix to also attach the contraption.

I tried pulling Hyunjin away from Kelly to save her from also getting trapped but I was no match against him and by the time I got close Felix had already put the cuff on Kelly's wrist so fast I nearly swore I saw a glimpse of lightning roll down his back and arm.

Turns out the contraption that me and my bestie are now attached to is also likened to Hyunjin and Felix. It's handcuffs that have a soft foam like material on the inside and locks automatically but a rubber like spring that stretches that links the cuff on his wrist to mine.

I'm gonna kill him one day.

I can't believe he put this damn thing on my wrist and I can't take it off without him. How dare he! Now I'm stuck.And to top it off I can't unlock it because he put the little key into his racers jackets inner pocket, so yes before you say 'she could have just unlocked it' no I can not just unlock it!

"Wanna go play some games?" He asks me taking my hand even though we are already stuck together.

I wanted so badly to be mad at him but assoon as I saw him smile down at me and felt his warm hand wrap around mine all my frustration went down the drain and probably drowned Pennywise with the speed that it disappeared.

"Sure, what ever." I mumbles but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't hade the little smile that tugged at my lips.

Hyunjin waves at Felix good bye and started dragging me away to the gaming section of the festival. I guess we are just gonna split up now.

"KELLY NO! DONT LEAVE ME!" I shout out looking back at Kelly while getting dragged around like I'm a sack of potatoes.

After walking around for another 10 minutes to the game stalls and yes I still feel like potatoes getting dragged around we finally decide on a game to play.

Fish tag.

"Hey can we play a round." Hyunjin bows handing over the money for us each for a round.

We get handed a small little fish rod each with a tiny magnet at the end as we get explained how the games works.

Me and Hyunjin try to catch the small little fake moving fish in a big tank.

"Come on one more!" Hyunjin exclaims catching another fish. He has caught 5 already where I haven't caught a single one.

In my defence it is much harder than it sounds.

"Yess!" Hyunjin pulls out his 6th little fishy just as our timer runs out.

"Congratulations you win a prize what would you like to get?" The small middle aged lady behind the stall says happily. "My your make a lovely couple."
