Chapter 17 Posts Comments and Secret Dates

Nikki POV.

Ugh morning already. I groan squeezing my eyes thigher hoping it will dim the lights coming through my curtains even more but it doesn't.

Slowly opening my eyes I grown again then stretch out like a star fish on my bed and sit up rubbing my neck.

Alright then let's get this day over with so I can sleep again.

After getting up and making my bed opening my windows and getting ready for the day including taking a show that was mostly just me standing under the warm water forcing myself to stay awake I get dressed and go downstairs for coffee.

My beautful dayley dose of happiness. I smile and take a sip sighing at the feeling of the caffeine going through my body.

I look around the kitchen for afew second. Something doesn't seem right .... Then it hits me Kelly isn't her happy morning self right now infact she isn't even up yet. Usually she's awake and ready for the day before I am.

I walk back upstairs to Kelly's room holding my coffee and a glass of tea I made for her and knock on her door.

"Come in..." She softly says.

I enter her room and out the coffee down on her bedside table.

"Good morning to you." I smile.

"Hardly." She groans.

"What's wrong."

"I don't feel well."

I press the back of my hand against her forehead and sure enough she feels a bit hot.

"Alright well how about I go get you some flu meds and you just stay in bed and rest."

She nods and smiles at me taking a sip of her tea. "Thank yous."

I smile give her a light little peck on the top of her head and go back down to the kitchen. After pouring my coffee from my kumori coffee cup into my kumori coffee flask I grab my keys, put on my shoes making sure to lock the door behind me and head to the pharmacy.

It took my about 30 minutes just to get a damn flu pack! Like really all because some dumbass dude infront of my cant do simple math when it comes to giving the right about of change.

What ever it's fine. When I get home I make Kelly some medlemon and take it to her with the rest of the flu pack and a cold damp towel.

"Here you go sorry it took so long some dumbass failed 1st grade mathematics."

"Thank you." She sits up in her bed and takes a sip of the medlemon and pulls her face in what I can only describe as a face you'd make when u are eating a lemon mixed with a grapefruit.

"Yeah I know it's horrible but you'll feel better soon." I press the back of my hand against her forehead again.

"Finish it and drink the pills then just rest okay."

She nods and lays back down so I can out the towel on her forehead to help with her fever.

"Im gonna go do some work in my room so just call when you need me okay."

"Okay thank yous." She smiles again.

I leave her room go to the kitchen grab another cup of coffee then pour some kitten food into the babies food bowls and go back upstairs to my office to do some work.

It's been afew hours already and it's around 12 o'clock when I finally decide to take a break from reading and replying to emails and switch my phone on.
