Sumire's pov

The clock struck 5 o'clock 10 minutes ago, I moved to kawaki and leaned over him, my hair fell into his face and lay on his torso. I watched him a little, he looked so peaceful. But I had to wake him up because we had to get ready, so I woke him up with a kiss.

'Honey, wake up,' I added. I heard him grumbling to himself. When he opened his eyes, I was able to wake Tsuki, at least that's what I wanted.
I felt kawaki holding me tightly.
"You're not getting out of here until I get a proper kiss," he said with a grin.
"OK -3-," I said and kissed him gently, he Returns the kiss  and after a few seconds I broke away again, otherwise time was running out.
I made breakfast for everyone, while Kawaki woke Tsuki.
I heard the footsteps of the others, it must have been everyone.
As we couldn't eat here any more, I packed bento boxes and put them in a basket.
The others packed all the boxes, suitcases and baskets near the door and got dressed, because we were leaving in a few minutes. Everyone went to the toilet again. We checked each room carefully to see if we had forgotten anything, but we had everything.

At 5.45am, the coaches finally pulled up outside our front door. The boys loaded the luggage onto the carriages.
My former class and Yagami were also there, because they were coming with us to konohagakure. Tsubaki's parents said goodbye to us and we gave them the key to the house, as they were selling it for us.

Let's go

Kawaki lifted Tsuki into the carriage, then he waited for me, at least that's what it looked like. He held his hand out to me, I accepted it gratefully and he helped me up.
"Thank you darling," I said with a smile.
"You're welcome," he said with a smile on his lips, which made me very happy.
I then sat down with Tsuki on a bale of straw, as the carriages were equipped with these and there were plenty of blankets.
Kawaki sat down next to us and put his arm around my Talie.
"Now the journey can begin" he said. I agreed with a nod and leant against him.
Hinata, Yuu, Mika, Mitsuki, Tsubaki and Mai were still in our carriage.

When the other carriages were ready, we finally set off.
The carriages made their way to the big gate of the Iron Kingdom, where we all had to fill in a form to leave the country before we were allowed to pass through the gate.

Kawaki's pov

After a few minutes of travelling, I noticed that Sumire had fallen asleep, her head resting against my chest and her expression looking very relaxed unlike the rest of the day. I smiled and tucked her and Tsuki in more. Tsuki cuddled up to both of us as he sat between us.

"Kawaki?" a familiar voice rang out, but I didn't remember his name, he was in Sumire's class, that's all I remembered. Embarrassing.

"Yes?"

"What element do you have?" the same voice asked.

"I have fire, I can regulate the temperature and that's why the colour of the flames is different. And you?" I asked with interest.

"I have fire too," said the boy, now I remembered his name, it was Yuu.

"That's right, you showed that during the exam in konoha," I said.

"Right, are you looking forward to konohagakure again?" he asked.

"Yes, I can see my father and my siblings again and at the same time I'm building a new chapter in my life with Tsuki and Sumire."

"Do you want to move in together?" asked Hinata.

"Yes, I always want to have my two little ones close to me. I want to live with them like a little family."

"Sweet, you can move into Sumire's old flat after the renovation. You can live with us until then," Hinata suggested.

"That would be nice, thanks mum," I said with a smile. At that moment, the carriage drove over tree roots.
Sumire opened her eyes.
"Was that a root?" she asked a little sleepily.
"Yes, probably," I said.
"I see," she said and snuggled up to my upper body.
"Practical to have a heater ," she added.
"It's also important for a frostbite like you," I said. I knew that annoyed her.
"You're really talking big." she said, scowling at me. I stifled my laughter, she really can't scowl, they always look cute.
"Go ahead and laugh, you're already blushing" she said with a smile.
"So you've seen through me"
"Of course, you're like a glass. Too easy to see through," she replied.
"Well, someone's really going for it," I said, looking at her.
"I have to defend myself against you"
"That's right"
