Kawaki Pov

After we had all eaten together, sumire cleared everything away and wanted to start washing up, but something wasn't right.

"Mouse, is everything all right?"

"Yes, everything's fine," she said and smiled at me. I don't know why, but something wasn't quite right about the situation. I'd best keep an eye on her. Wait, I shouldn't be stalking her.

"Well, if there's anything, please tell me," I replied and kissed her cheek.
She was so soft and gentle.

"I will," she said and smiled.

Tsuki got up and disappeared into his room, you could hear a rawr after a few minutes, he was probably playing with his dinosaurs again. It was his evening routine.
Sumire washed the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils and then put them next to the sink. I dried the clean things and put them away in the cupboards provided.

"Thank you darling," Sumire said, coming closer to me and putting her arms around my neck.

"Of course, honey," I replied and put my arms around her waist and pressed her closer to me.

She snuggled closer to me and closed her eyes for a brief moment, I did the same and rested my head on hers. It just felt good.

"I love you Kawaki"

"I love you too sumire"

We stayed in this position for a while, she was so incredibly close to me, I could follow her breathing and her heartbeat, it was very calming.

"Shall we put on some comfy clothes and watch a film with Tsuki?" she asked.

"I'd love to"

We broke off the hug and both went into the bedroom to put on something cosy, I put on a T-shirt of mine. It felt like it had become a tradition. She put on a pair of shorts with my T-shirt and went ahead.
Meanwhile, I put on a pair of jogging Pants and a muscle shirt.

Sumire Pov

While kawaki changed, I made the living room cosy with fairy lights and candles. I laid out the blankets and cushions neatly and fetched Tsuki, who  chose a film. Of course, it was a film about a land before our time. I don't know how many times I've watched this film.

When Kawaki arrived, we all sat down, close to each other and the film started.
I don't know how much I was able to take in, but I fell asleep and now we couldn't discuss or look through kawaki's documents any more.

After 6 days

When I woke up, I felt strange. I felt a pang and a twinge in my abdomen, I wasn't supposed to get my period again for another 3 weeks. I slowly sat up and crept into the bathroom, I wanted it to be as quiet as possible, my boys were still asleep.  in the bathroom, I closed the door behind me and sat down on the toilet, when I saw drops of blood in my panties, I could hardly believe my eyes.

So that's not my period, a period is more of a flow of blood and not a drop of blood. Is that what I think it is? Sumire, calm down, come down. You just go to Sakura or buy a test and then you'll have the result.

Yes, that's exactly how I do it. Now I acted fast, I quickly put on something else, wrote a note to kawaki and Tsuki, then I put on my shoes and jacket on and  went Off. On the way to the Drugstore, I called Eida.

"Hello Sumire, what's up?"

"Hello Eida, sorry to bother you. I wanted to get something and can I perhaps pop round to see you afterwards?"

"Of course, do you want to tell me everything here?"

"Yes, that would be better"

"Good, then I'll see you soon sweetie"
