The queen of darkness took it seriously. As I said she can drink as much as she desires her eyes started to glow like never before seen.

She looked at me with those eyes. Why do I feel like my world came crumbling down in front of me.

She came closer to me. But this I brought my index finger forward. But she held my hand and moved it aside. Then came even closer to me. She held my waist and pulled me closer to her. My heart started to pound faster. It felt like my heart was trying to escape from my chest cavity. She bend down a little bit to look me in the eye and said..

" Do you really think you can satisfy my desire?" She asked.

I gulped in fear. Unable to answer I kept staring at her eyes blankly.

" I have been hungry for thousand years" she smiled.

My eyes enlarged at her remark. I couldn't move anymore. Her eyes. Is she hypnotizing me?

I looked away. But she pulled my face back to face her.

" Answer me?" She demanded.

" I just meant...I .."

.......

I must have fainted. Cause when I woke up she was gone. I was back in my room on my bed. I don't remember how I got here. But I remember her smell.

What is happening to me?

I shook my head to get rid of the wired thoughts then got off the bed and stretched myself.

Then went out. It was morning. Was I down for a whole day?

I went in the garden area in the middle. I go there now and then to check on the rose tree I watered.

To my surprise today I was the queen of darkness was at knees bending down to the plant and watering it. What is she doing?

Is she talking to the plant? No way. This can't be.

She is the queen of darkness how can she be down on her knees like that and talking to a plant?

That's funny and in an extent cute. She is so cute too.

I never noticed how cute she can be time to time. She was so cute now that I look back. I always thought she is so handsome. Now that I remember all those moments I feel like she was cute all along. She is like a bunny. An angry Bunny.

As soon as she sensed me she looked back the peace in her face was gone. And her typical cold face was back. Now that's whom I recognise. My queen of darkness.

Huh! My ..? No no..

I shook my head again.

She came closer to me. I kept looking at her again. Why is she coming near me. I kept having the panic from last night.

But she stopped at a distance,." Are you gonna faint again if I came any closer?" Then she smiled a bit and left.

" Heyy! Was that a joke?" I angrily said," is she smiling?" I threw my hands in the air out of anger.
But somehow a smile appeared on my face as soon as she was no where to be seen. What is happening to me? Why am I having these mood swings.

....

At noon we all sat down to eat. Well I was eating the other two were just looking at me.

" When was the last time you ate?" I asked. That was directed to the queen of darkness. But p'nam replied.

" Almost, hundred years."

I looked with surprise while stuffing my mouth with food.

" The last bite I ate was pat thai. I can still taste it." She said.

" Wow! So I was just wondering, like humans eat and tastes food. Can you guys also taste bloods? Like differentiate between different bloods." I looked at them with curiosity.

" Humm!" The queen of darkness answered but kept it small.

" How do I taste?" I wanted to tease her a little bit. I leaned in towards her on the table .

She kept silent for a moment. But then a smirk appeared on her face.

"I haven't had tasted you yet!" She said.

My eyes widened. I was surprised. My mind directly went south.

I swinged my hands in the air. Then angrily looked at her.

" I thought you were a princess! How can you say those naughty things with a straight face?" I asked.

She suddenly became confused. Looked at me like a confused bunny.

" What? What naughty?" She looked at me with wired eyes.

" That! You just said.." I started stuttering and blushing.

" Why are you so red?" She looked at me.

" Do you have a fever?" P'nam said.

Queen of darkness suddenly changed her expression from confused to worried.

" Do you ?" She said worriedly.

" No! I am fine. I am just surprised with the straight forwardness of you."

" What did I do? I just said I haven't tasted you yet. Last time I drank your blood, I was so sick and disoriented that I didn't had the time to savour or taste your blood properly." She said with a innocent face.

" Oh .! " I shyly said wiping my sweats.

I wanted to tease but feels like I am being teased by her.

" What were you thinking?" She asked with a serious face. " Does taste mean something different in your time?"

I was unable to answer. I shyly said.." yes! It meant..! Umm..." My lips weren't opening properly to say anything.

But she kept looking at me. I stood up up and tried to ran away from the whole situation. I was so embarrassed. I forgot she was a whole millennium away from my time.

But I felt a pull and fell down on her lap. When I learnt that she held my hand and pulled me into her lap.

" Finish what you were saying! I don't like when people leave me on a cliffhanger." She said with her usual angry eyes. " What does taste means in your time?"

I was super embarrassed and shy with this look and the position we were in.

" Umm.. in some cases, taste means having s*x." I said.

She looked even more confused now.

" How can a human taste another human? Do they eat eachother?" She asked.

My brain was now about to explore. With her innocent face and this kind of talk I was feeling so embarrassed that I mastered up all the energy I got and pushed her.

" Enough for today!" I said getting of her lap and made a run for my room. Leaving her wandering.....
