I went into my room. I jumped on the bed and then started to blush. What is happening?

I looked around everything reminded me of her. Her smile. That voice. Those eyes. Everything. But then I remembered when she bit my finger that day. Her lips. I can't remember how much that bite hurt me. But what I can remember is her soft lips.

Is it natural to feel this kind of feeling for a vampire?

Meanwhile in the kitchen.

Freen and nam sat there in wander what just had happened.

" They made everything wired. And naughty things related." Said nam.

" Humm.. but why did she behaved that way? We both are women. Why did she assumed I would say something s*xually to her. Can two women do that?" Freen said while looking at the door from which Becky just left.

" I have know idea. But you are very handsome. Any woman can be flustered by you." Nam said.

" What? I am a woman. You should say pretty not handsome." Freen said with a uncomfortable look.

" But you are handsome." Nam emphasized.

" Is that why that Becky ran away like that?" Freen exclaimed. Nam just nodded." But still I'd like to be referred to as pretty not handsome. That's messed up.." freen said.

" Princess.. ! That that human was very red, when you pulled her into your lap." Nam said.." she might've felt something."

" I also felt something." Freen mumbled.

" Huh!"

" Nothing. But I still have curiosities. I need to talk to becky."

" Princess. I thought she was lowlife. since when is she Becky?" Said nam.

Freen who was shy looked down.

" She is not that lowlife as I thought. A woman with as much knowledge as her can never be lowlife. Although she has a darty mind that still doesn't make her any less worthy. The humans have send the perfect girl this time.." said freen with a soft smile.

" Such a sorrow that she won't get to she the next full moon. It's already new moon. Another fifteen days to go. " Said nam looking down.

" Is it today?" Freen's smile disappeared." I thought we had time."

Freen's smile disappeared and her cold look reappeared and she sat down into a deep thought.

" Princess, I was thinking, that we shouldn't be making this attachments with her. She is not ours." Said nam with sorrow.

" Humm" freen sighed. " When the day comes I have to give her to p'faye for sacrifice " Said freen.

" Why p'faye? She is the most brutal among the first level vampires. We can talk to p'heng. He atleast gives them a quicker death. Unlike p'faye who believes the more the sacrifice is tortured the more they gets power." Nam with distressed face said.

" You know we have no say in that. They give us orders and we follow them. Also according to the traditions this is p'faye's turn to perform the rituals. I am just a second class vampire. And it's not my jurisdiction to save or have emotions for the sacrifice. All we can do is make her last days happier." Said freen clenching her fists and eyes.

" But p'faye. She is a real monster among the monster... But you saved me from  her. Can't you save her too? She is the cutest." Said nam.

Freen stayed silent and stood up to look outside the window. She can she the towns. It's still day.

" Last time I saved you. I had to face p'faye's wrath.." freen said. That's when a. Ray of light fell on her back that showed a scar from a thanedar.

" I know princess...!" Nam sighed. " Now I know why you were so cold towards her."

Freen stayed by the window. While nam left crying.

" Nam you became vampire but never lost your human emotions... You forgot vampires are meant to stay alone in the
dark forever. Without getting love ever." Said freen watching the town.

....

As night approached freen looked at the dark sky without a moon. The town was also dark. Without the moonlight the forest surrounding the castle looked even more scary then before.

But she kept looking outside. Until the midnight arrived.

" What happened to you?" Said freen to herself while she was staring at the town.

" My north star why aren't you shining for five days?" Asked freen.

" Who are you speaking to princess?" Asked nam. She sneak into the kitchen when freen was emerged in thoughts.

" Nam!" Freen was stunned," when did you get in? Anyway. I was looking outside at the town. Remember the light I told you about?" Said freen still facing the window.

" Yeah! That gives you hope."

" Yes. That one light that kept lit at night when everyone slept. I knew someone was staying up at night as me."

" Humm! You even send me to take a look that who was it. A little girl I remember." Said nam.

" Humm.. I am going to need you to go there again. To look how is she doing." Said freen.

" But princess last time I went there she was away for study. Who knows she is still there." Said nam.

" No she came back.  I saw the light lit up five days ago. And now again the light is gone." Said freen.

" Princess maybe her parents needed something that's why they lit it."

" No! No! Go there and look." Said freen.

" But princess.." said nam.

"That's an order." Said freen cutting nam's complaint.

" Okay princess! But I have to walk all the way there. I won't be able to return before dawn.."

" Humm..! May be tomorrow go there. Tomorrow after dusk you start the journey. I will drop you at the end of the boundary." Said freen.

.....

Next day...

" Nam, did Becky ate something last night? She didn't came back for dinner." Said freen reading a book.

" I don't know I was busy preparing the room for p'faye's visit." Said nam.

" Is she coming this week?" Freen became uncomfortable and looked at nam.

" This week try in two days.. she send an owl yesterday." Said nam.

" Why is she in so much hurry?"

" She needs to make sure that the sacrifice is actually a virgin. She said in this day and age girls tend to lose their virginity earlier. Like fourteen or fifteen." Said nam.

" How is she going to find that out?" Asked freen with a stressed face.
