Dear Brother,
It seems like I'm about to die. The moment the gates were about to open, my heart became restless that my two companions pointed it out. I was embarrassed, but I told them to write a letter to their loved ones in case our expedition didn't go well. I'm sure it lowered their morale. However, it can't be helped. Our fates outside will be beyond our control as we are about to travel to the unknown.
I'm sending this letter to you as my farewell in case something happens to us outside the walls. Please bid my farewell to him too. Thank you. And I love you.
