It was silly and a bit out of his character to sneak out of the house. But T-Rex already promised to meet the person from the Reading club. He couldn't cancel it now. It was his first actual date, after all. Checking himself in the mirror, he smiled in satisfaction. He looked cute enough to go out.

Getting out of his room was easier than climbing the stairs, which led to the living room area. T-Rex peeked from his spot, scanning the room. When he didn't see anyone he quickly made a beeline towards the front door.

He was putting on his shoes when one of his brothers showed up.

"Going somewhere, little bro?" Teedet asked, crossing his arms in front of his chest. T-Rex smiled uncertainly.

"Out."

"Where? Whit who?" Suddenly his second brother popped up from around the corner.

"Library, alone, P'Teedo." T-Rex didn't like lying, but if he wanted to meet Maetee, he had to. His brothers were like guard dogs.

"Watee! T-Rex is sneaking out!" Teedet called for their elder brother. T-Rex's eyes widened. The footsteps echoed through the house, and T-Rex knew he was in trouble. His secret rendezvous was ruined thanks to his brothers.

"Where are you going?" Watee's frowning face appeared, making T-Rex even more guilty for sneaking out.

"Out with friend." He whispered, looking at his feet.

"Which friend?" Watee pressed.

"From Reading club." T-Rex specify.

"The one that's clingy to you?" Maitee, Watee's husband, asked. T-Rex's mouth opened and closed. What could he say?

"You have a boyfriend without telling us?" Watee breathes out.

"Maetee is not my boyfriend. This was supposed to be our first date." T-Rex pouted.

"Bring him here. We have to approve first." Watee commanded, turning around and leaving his speechless siblings behind.

"Sorry, nong." Maitee apologized before he hurried after his man.

"We are disappointed." Teedet huffed out, leaving him too.

"Just bring him here." Teedo patted his shoulder and left. T-Rex sighed, pulling out his phone. He glanced at the door, thinking if he could just run away, but he dismissed the idea immediately. He loved his brothers more. Dialing Maetee's number he waited for older to pick up.

"Hi, Maetee. I got busted."

"Oh. Are you okay, T-lek?

"Yes. Can you come here? My brothers would like to meet you."

"Sure."
