I wake up to someone lifting me. I could feel the strong cologne of Nicholas. I open my eyes, and I almost can't believe it. He is carrying me. 'Nicholas, let me down. I can walk on my own.' I say, squirming in his arms. 'Do you really want me to put you down?'

He asks, raising an eyebrow. 'YES!' I scream. He drops me, and I yelp in pain. Well, that's what I get for not being clear enough. 'Why were you carrying me?' I ask, getting up from the ground. 'You fell asleep, and I didn't want to wake you.' He said as if this was a regular thing for him. Well, for Siena, it might be, but for me, he has never done that.

We are in front of our limousine. Nicholas put all of our stuff in the truck. I got in and waited for him to come. There were some types of candies near my seat. I really wanted to get some, but I refused. I seldom ever eat candy.

My brother finally came in the car. We drove for about an hour until we reached the hotel. On the outside, it looked pretty good. When we were in the car, I looked at some reviews. The rooms looked incredible.

I was waiting in the lobby for my brother. He was getting the keys to our rooms. 'So, you're in room 148, and I'm in room 355.' He said. 'Why are you so far away from my room?' I asked. He shrugged his shoulders.

'I'm going to go now. You're going to be completely fine without me, right?' He says, looking up from his phone. I nod in agreement. Even if I said no, he was going to leave me. I'm not as important to anyone as my sister.

She is their gold, pride, and joy. She never does anything wrong, while I'm the greatest disappointment in the family. So lovely. I stayed in the lobby for a little longer. And I finally decided to get my ass to my room.

I was trying to get my two suitcases in the elevator, but they were half my size. 'Do you want me to help you miss?' A deep voice said behind me. I turned around, and I saw the most beautiful boy I've ever seen.

He was tall and well-built, and he had the most gorgeous green eyes. I can get lost in them. No, Kiarra. You're not going to fall in love with this handsome boy. 'Um, yes, I would love your help.' I said, smiling at him. What the fuck? What is wrong with me?

He helped me get my stuff in the elevator, and then, when I was about to press the button to go to my floor, he pressed it for ME. 'So, if you don't mind me asking, of course. What is a beautiful girl like you doing here all alone?'

Did he call me beautiful? Oh my God, he thinks I'm pretty. Ahh, I'm so happy. 'Well, I'm not alone, actually. I'm with my brother, but he left for his room. 'I said, feeling a tingling sensation in my stomach. Are these butterflies?

No, I can not fall in love with him. What will I tell my family? They will be so mad at me. 'So stupid of him, leaving a fragile girl like you alone. Without anybody to protect her.' Oh no, he did not just call me weak.

'Hey, I'm not weak!' I said, standing up for myself. 'Oh really? Weren't you the one struggling just a minute ago to get her stuff in the elevator? Hm?' He says, crouching down so he is the same height as me. 'It's not my fault the suitcases are half my size.'

I say cheekily. I sound like my sister. This fact disgusts me. 'Oh well, then kid. If you want to grow up like me, eat your vegetables.' He says as the elevator door opens. He pats my head and ruffles my hair. 'See you later, mi vida.'
