Everythings happens for a Reason.

'You can never understand me' Nakshatra Screamed on the Phone.

'I do. That is why I am telling you that you should refocus towards your goals. You know when I was lost, I was shattered and then I.....' Nayan kept talking. All of a sudden, the voice became blurry and a feeling of helplessness took over.

Nakshatra just wanted someone to listen to her. When she started sharing, somehow it always became Nayan's conversation not her's.

Tears in her eyes, in a firm voice, 'Let's break up' she said.

Nayan was so busy sharing that he couldn't hear what she had said. 'What?' he asked again.

This time, she had run out of patience. 'Despite telling you, arguing with you, fighting over the same issues, you still forget that it was my conversation, to begin with. It's always been you and only you in our conversations. I don't think I have the energy to tolerate you anymore. So Let's Break up!' she sighed.

For a minute, there was no reply. Then slowly 'okay. Let's break up. You don't seem to be happy with me' he said!

Oh my God! It's again about you! She thought to herself in anger! 'Okay good bye and good luck' she cut the call without waiting for his reply!

She waited for sometime hoping that he might call back. He didn't seems to be coming back.

After 2 Days

Nakshatra started to sync in about what had happened. For last two days, she was in the state of numb where she didn't know what was happening or did feel anything about the breaking up stuff. Now, she is slowly syncing in about the incident. Her feeling are all over place and tears are just rolling down continuously like she have lost someone. Indeed she has.

That day night, there was a power cut for more than 3 hours, since she didn't have anything else to do, she slowly walked up to the terrace. Wiped the dust on the chair to sit in the darkness. There was darkness to the extent where she could no longer see her own hands. Somehow, the darkness didn't scare her anymore! She felt solace in this darkness.

As she lifted her head towards the cloud, there he was, firm shining, imperfect moon smiling at her. She gazed him for a long time. And something came over her and she said 'Hi' to the Moon!!!
