You know, when something happens in our life, we tend to be in shock, and then grieve. The same thing happened with Nakshatra. At first, she took her time to realize what had happened. Now the Pain Waves started to sweep her feet at first a little gently. Now, the harsh waves hitting her.

There was no Moon in the sky that day. Moon was playing Hide and Seek with Clouds. As she stares, another wave of pain hits and this time she cannot hold back. She started to sob silently unbothered whether anyone watched her or not.

Nayan is a good person whom I met in the college. At first, I was scared by how he stared at me at the college opening ceremony. Later, he was allotted to the same class as I am since our class had opted for Business Law as an optional Subject.

The girl who sat next to me, Karuna once told me that, he was starting as if he was going to eat you alive. She chuckled. That wasn't funny, I was genuinely scared. I almost hid most of the time in class.

It was then, when I enrolled on the Commerce Club, I got to know the real Nayan better. In the club, we had several activities in which they made us work in the teams. Unfortunately, I had no option but to team up with him when they had assigned us as a team.

'Hello there' He said.

'Hi,' I said it hesitantly.

'Sorry for the staring and all. It's just you look the same as my childhood crush. I just cannot stop looking at you thinking that both might be the same person' he said in a single breath.

'I never came across the Name Nayan...' I said in a firm voice.

'I am sorry' he was disappointed a little bit. Maybe he was hoping for me to be his childhood crush.

'Silly me! I was scared for no reason' I said to myself.

The Moon was now, out of clouds. Nakashtra was smiling without realizing. A sad smile emerged and she thought 'How did the first meeting become a pain when everything is over? Memories turn into this unfathomable pain!

After some minutes of silence, 'It didn't take me much time to fall in love with Nayan' Nakshatra Said boldly to Moon. As if something had hit her.

'Yes. It didn't take much time. He was gentle, considerate, empathetic and soft towards me and all others. I noticed that he took a little extra care of me. Time passes like a Race car. We were already in the Second Semester and our college faculty were in a hurry to finish the syllabus. Classes became extra classes. And I enjoyed it because he was there.

There were rumors about us. It didn't bother me as long as he was there by my side. As his house was towards my home, we travelled together and we had such a great connection that every time, I used to get on the same bus as his without even communicating. The small walk from the bus stop to the college is the best time of my life. Where I get to look at him, walk so closely to him and he would be a gentleman all the time. This was the first time where someone had taken care of me. So I enjoyed each moment.

We have this unspoken connection which every classmate of ours has understood. But there was no clear communication between us. I wanted to start a conversation about it with him, but somehow he always avoided the very conversation. That's what I felt. I assumed that he wasn't ready! So I also choose to be silent about it.

Little did she know, that there was a shadow which is invisible to Nakashtra was listening to her story and smiled.
