My First and Last
Once upon a time, my life felt like a fairy tale. I had amazing parents who loved me endlessly. They shielded me from sadness and filled my world with joy. But everything changed when my mom got sick and passed away.
Behind the scenes, there were secrets and betrayals that shattered our family's happiness. My dad hurt us deeply with his actions, and my mom, knowing the truth, chose to protect me from it all.
After losing my mom, I spiraled into a rebellious phase, seeking distractions from the pain. I lost interest in school and struggled to trust anyone.
I felt a mix of anger and sadness towards my dad for what he did. Even though he tried to make amends, it was too late to fix the damage.
Eventually, my dad couldn't bear to see me suffer anymore. He wanted to help me start over, but I couldn't forgive him. So, I chose to leave and rebuild my life on my own.
Living alone wasn't easy, but it gave me a chance to heal and find myself again. Now, I've made peace with the past and found happiness in my independence.
