I was packing my things when I received a message from Manang Henya this morning. I didn't expect to receive such news. Her youngest child passed away two days ago due to a severe illness, which is why she hasn't returned home. I'm worried about how Manang Henya is feeling and deeply hurt for her. I'm packing now because I'm going to the province to pay my respects to her deceased child. I'm also bringing some of Manang Henya's things because she will be staying there temporarily until her youngest child is buried.
"I'm sorry, but I won't be going to school right now because I have something important to attend to. I'm going to visit Manang Henya in the province." I told Keyla over the phone. It's Monday today and we have classes.
"Okay. Do you want us to come with you?"
"No, it's okay. Just call me if there's anything new." I replied.
"Alright. Take care. I love you. Bye."
I immediately hung up the phone and started putting my things in the back of my car. It's already 7 o'clock in the morning, and it will be a 4-5 hour drive to get there.
When I finished preparing everything, I decided to leave. As I stepped out of the house and was locking the gates and someone spoke from behind me.
"Are you going somewhere?" He asked. I didn't need to turn around to know who owned that voice.
"I will visit Manang Henya in the province to pay my respects to her deceased child." I calmly replied while still busy locking the gate.
"But you have school today."
"I know. But Manang Henya is more important to me than anything else." I said, facing him.
"Okay. I'll go with you." He replied without hesitation, so I looked at him.
"No thanks. I can manage." I said, smiling at him and turning away. I headed towards the car when he spoke again.
"The province is far from here, so I'll drive you."
"I said I c---"
"Don't say anything, Tasha Lopez Carson. Just agree." He said, making my ears burn.
I faced him with a frown.
"Don't call me by my full name! And can you stop being possessive? I know what I'm doing. So leave!" I snapped at him. I haven't forgotten what he did to me last night. So he better not do something stupid again.
"I'm not leaving without you. So whether you like it or not, I'll go with you."
Fvck!
"I don't need your help, Tristan. Do you still not get it? I don't need it." I said, emphasizing my last words.
He paused.
He stared at me even more intensely and slowly approached, making me back away. I leaned against the car, and he placed his right hand on it while still looking into my eyes.
"How long will you refuse my offer?" His glares killing my sight. "Okay, let's play a game. One rejection, one kiss." He added, and I swallowed at his words but didn't show any fear.
"Make sure you don't lose, man." I replied, feeling his breath.
"I'll make sure you will never forget your first kiss. Yeah. I will make it special." He said while grinning silly, making my eyes widen.
What the hell!
I pushed him with all my strength, but he was strong, so I ended up back in my original position.
"Just agree, Tasha."
"No!" I confidently responed.
He sighed and placed his lips near my ear.
"You're lucky 'cause I still want your first kiss to be special, so I won't take it now." He sighed gnd his gaze was still on me. "Let's go." He whispered and immediately grabbed my hand. He pulled me towards the front seat and opened the door for me.
"Fvck!"
That's all I could say out of frustration, even though I wanted to strangle him.

**Tristan's POV**
I know Tash has her principles. Once she says something, it won't change. For her, she can do everything others think she can't. Yes, she is a very independent woman and it's very hard for me to deal with this kind of woman. She rejects all my offers. She also twists everything I say. But after all, she still can't do anything about it.
We are in her car right now and we are on our way to the province to sympathize with Manang Henya's daughter who passed away. She is beside me and still hasn't spoken. I know she didn't want to bring me along, but I am doing this for her. I don't want her traveling alone because something bad might happen to her on the road. And look at what she's wearing right now. It's a black tank top and high-waisted jeans. The top she's wearing exposes the upper part of her body. Yeah, I am pointing at her cleavage and navel. I'm irritatwd by what she's wearing right now.
Damn it!
Is she going to go there dressed like that? Is she out of her mind? It's fine with her wearing it if we're going to wander around, but no. We're going to sympathize with Manang Henya's daughter, so she should be dressed in a certain way.
I couldn't hold back anymore, so I decided to stop the car. When the car stopped, she didn't even resist or move at all. And I noticed that her head was tilted so I leaned it properly. Yeah. I think she fell asleep.
I immediately grabbed the jacket from the back seat and gently placed it on her shoulders. Our faces got close, so I couldn't help but stare at her. I was just staring at her beautiful face down to her soft lips. And I could also smell her sweet scent which made me unable to take my eyes off her.
She is the most beautiful woman I've ever met. And for me, she looks like a star that's hard to reach. You can only look because you can't easily possess it.
I just laughed at my thoughts. You really can't possess her, Tristan. Never.
