-- Y/N POV --

The feline had kept me good company for a little while longer, conversing upon his time in Hell and his inevitable bond with Alastor. It had seemed tragic for him to be so confined to another sinner that was deemed much more powerful then himself.

May the lord forgive his sin.

As I had sat, the serpent had suddenly appeared before our residence more but now he had instead came with the intention of staying and raising no havoc. He had looked so nervous, I watched from my seat as Charlie had overbearing-ly brought him inside with such joy. My eyelids had fluttered with a tinge of amusement, smiling widely as I had hopped off the stool to stalk slowly towards the lot.

I had beamed from behind Charlotte, quickly placing my hands gently upon her shoulders as I had towered over her, leaning forward to her side to peer at the sinner in his eyes.

"Greetings, sinner! What a patronage to have you participate in dearest Charlotte's cause! My ... May your path to righteousness be fruitful!" I had quickly inquired, he had looked hesitant as he smiled with a certain tension... He then slightly bowed his head in a respectful manner, which had flattered me completely,

"Greetings... eh... Ms... I am called Sir Pentious ..." he spoke with a constant hiss evident in his cadence. I had looked at him gently, understanding his confusion on my form... Ofcourse I hadn't looked like a miscreant.

"I am called the Eveningstar. Seraph-being, among my sisters." his eyes had quickly lit into a slight recognition and undeniable fear.

"I am only here to overseer Charlotte's hotel, child. Do not fret, I won't hurt you. I am not an exorcist-angel, aha! No devine judgement shall come through I." he had slightly eased, offering me a small smile as I let go off Charlie. She and her partner had brought him inside, Vaggie and Angel Dust being most skeptical of his intentions here as I stood to observe.

Charlotte had been exhilarated to show the sinner around, I had stalked nearby as she had lead him to the bar,

"So! This is the bar, and, the bartender~

This is the curtain!

... And... this, is the new wall after you broke the last one! Aha, oh, and! This is--"

"Babe, you don't have to show him every detail."

"Sorry! I'm just so excited to have our first real guest!" Charlie had spoke with a certain uplifting cadence, smiling broadly and constantly. Angel Dust had left a few comments at her words as Vaggie and Charlotte had conversed. I frowned slightly at the interaction but that had wuickly demolished as the pair now stood before I. Charlottle had gestured towards me,

"Yes, yes, and-- Oh! Here's Ms. Eveningstar as you've met her by the entrance! She's overseeing our progress to report to Heaven!" I had offered the serpent a small wave as I nodded politely. He had smiled as he bid a small hello. Quickly static had invaded my ears as we all turned to see the Radio Demon who now stood beside me. Charlie had lit up once more,

"Ah! And, here's Alastor now! Our gracious facility manager !... You met our newest guest, Sir Pentious..." she had breathed out with an awkward laugh. Alastor had kept a steady composure as he grinned widely,

"Oh, yes! You're the one who ruined my coat! I definitely remember you now." he spoke lowly, his aura becoming dark as his eyes began to glow. My brow raised, crossing my arms. The serpent had looked beyond mortified, gulping loudly.

"Well! I guess this is a great time for your first lesson!

Ahem.

How to apologize ¿

The first step to admitting to a person that you are wrong!"

"Yes, perfect opportunity, Charlotte! Go along, serpent, let your transgression be forgiven!"

"... Yes...Uhm...Mr... Uhm, Radio Demon, Sir. Please, forgive me for attacking you and ruining your very lovely coat. Uhm... here." the serpent had slightly bent with a nervous posture, handing Alastor a torn piece of red material that had matched his tattered coat. Alastor had slowly accepted it into his palms, mocking the poor sinner before burning it before his eyes.

Dear, Unlawful sinner, what progress you are experiencing!

Charlotte had quickly suggested to join on an activity of sorts, which I had happily obliged as the rest had somewhat reluctantly obliged...

"My name is Charlie! I like to sing. And when we get to know each other it's the greatest thing!"

"Er... My names Sur Pentious! I like to build... And despite my stupid egg bois, I think I'm very skilled!"

"Oh my, let's see... My name is Y/N! I like to assist and... virtue I do persist!" I had quickly chirped as it was my turn, clappinf my hands much like Charlie between each line, beaming with enthusiasm much as she had. She had smiled approvingly before gesturing to Angel Dust.

"This is stupid."

--

I had felt joyous of the progress the wayward serpent had seemed to expose ! Feeling quite as peace as my head had dropped to my destined pillow, clad in a sleek nightgown under thick-red covers...

CLANG.

Mother Christ!

My eyes had shot wide with a start, sitting myself up as I swiftly waved my hand upwards to materialize myself in the room guilty of such havoc. I had found myself dumbfounded between the other awoken residents as they had towered before Sir Pentious.

My lips pulled to a deep frown, feeling a waft of disappointment... I had stared as he desperately sought help from his electrical device, I had felt such pity.

"Just... make it quick... I guess..."

"Gladly." I had gently took a hold of Vaggie's shoulder, moving close to her as my lips parted,

"No, child. No slaughter should be acted, let the sinner grasp a chance."

Charlotte moved towards him gently, offering forgiveness as she sang a song of reassurance. I had smiled with a certain glee swelling my heart, holding onto myself as my eyes felt like popping from my ethereal body with adoration. She had acted so graceful with such kind-purity. And, the sinner had proved great countenance. It felt rewarding to see.

Quickly, after we had all left to retire to our quarters, had I smiled with a big delight. Manifesting my quill as I began writing another report upon the most recent event onto silver paper. I had felt this sinner promising, hoping my sisters to share my thought.

Though, silently I felt doubt for my delusion in thought. My sisters who were elders along I much did not share my ideology. Purely seeing sin as a distasteful debauchery and letting exorcist-angels spread and be. And that, had made me sickened.

If this sinner could be redeemed ...
