A few days later..

The demon boy had quickly grown accustomed to living in the human world, learning about so many things that he would've never thought to exist.

Things such as televisions, cars, and toasters were all so fascinating to him.

Gosh!
The demon realm is nothing compared to this!
He joyfully thought to himself while looking into the freezer for a snack.

He was truly enjoying every second of this beautiful world.

"I feel like I made the right choice coming here.." Mo said, sitting beside Boni on the couch as he gobbled up some ice cream.

"Shh! This is my favorite part of the show!"
Boni hushed, pointing at the tv in front of them.

Mo looked at the girl with a smile before turning to face the tv.

Meanwhile..
In the demon realm...

"What's going on? Where's Mo!?" 
The demon's father asked, confused as to why his son was missing for the past few day.
Everyone knew that this was unlike Mo.
He would never skip out on the circus..
So this really was unexpected of the boy.

"W-we don't know..!" Tool stuttered frantically before turning to face the other crew members who also shook their heads in confusion.

"We can't find him anywhere!" Lana added.
"Last time we saw him was last week!"

All six members of the circus were trembling nervously as the tall man pinched the bridge of his nose with a sigh of frustration.

Mo's never gone missing before..

"Where's that new girl? Is she also
missing..?" Mo's father asked.

"Yeah! And she's always hanging around him! I bet she has something to do with his disappearance!" Lina claimed, feeling angered by the thought of that possibility.

She was sure that Boni had something to do with his disappearance

I knew that girl was just using him..
He would never skip out on us, even for a girl.

"Is that so.."  The older man grumbled, looking deep in thought.

"I'll let the overlord know about this.. We'll have to continue the show without them."

"A-are you sure..?" Tool asked, worried about the risks. They've never done the show without Mo..

After all, Mo is the ringleader..
It just didn't feel right to continue without him.

"Yes.. Since you're my son's apprentice, You may take over for today's show." The tall demon said.

Tool looked up with wide eyes.
He was excited for the opportunity..
But doing it alone without Mo left a pit in his stomach.

"Mo!"
Boni called out from her room.

Upon hearing the girl, Mo stopped what he was doing before rushing down the hall.
"Yes! What's wrong?" He panted, leaning against the girl's door frame.

"Wow, you got here fast."
She said nonchalantly as she crunched on some chips.

The demon chuckled before hopping onto the girl's bed.
"What can I do for you?" He asked with a gleeful expression.

"I just wanted to show you this video of my favorite game."

"Oh? What's that?" He asked curiously as he tilted his head to view the screen.
