Chapter 12

"Louis, please stay behind."

I slowly packed my things and stood at my table as everyone else walked out.

Once it was just me and my teacher, I walked up to her desk.

"Did I do something Miss Styles?"

She looked at me smiling. "Of course not Lou. I'm giving you a ride home."

"Oh no no. It's okay Miss Styles. I can walk home."

"It's Gemma now. And no. You're coming with me."

"You sound like you're kidnapping me." I murmured under my breath.

"What was that Lou?" She gave me a pointed look.

I shook my head and gave her a wide smile.

She chuckled shaking her head.

Once we got into the car, Gemma driving and me in the back, she let me pick the playlist.

"Ariana Grande. Nice." She gave an approving nod.

The car came to a stop just a couple minutes later. I looked out the window to find us outside the toy store.

I turned to Gemma to find her already facing me with a smirk. "Let's just pick up Harry, okay?"

We waited a couple minutes just listening to the songs.

Harry walked out of the store with his arm full of things.

I quickly opened the door for him before realising he was heading for the passenger door.

Now that was embarrassing.

He smiled and got in the back.

"Since when did you sit in the back H?" Gemma asked as she started driving once again. The smirk evident in her voice.

"Shut up Gem..." She laughed shaking her head.

"Do you want to put down your things?" I asked softly.

"Huh? Oh ya ya. sorry" He dropped the stuff on the space between us.

My eyes scanned the items before they widened.

"Is...Is that a- erm.. a condom?" I looked away.

"WHAT!?"

"Jesus Harry! You want me to crash somewhere?"

"Sorry Gem..." He said before picking up the condom packet and his wallet. "Must have fallen out of my wallet. I'm sorry Lou." He said stuffing it back in his wallet.

A few minutes passed. I couldn't help myself but ask. "You keep a condom on you all the time?"

His face turned red. "Erm yea..."

"Oh" was all I could bring myself to say.

The ride continued in silence apart from the music.

"I'm not active though..."

"Huh?" I was brought out of my thoughts.

"I don't use it." There was silence. "No! Like I'm not sexually active."

"Geez H I don't need to know about your sex life."

"Shut up Gem"

I just sat there with burning cheeks.

"Welcome to our home Lou!" Gemma announced as the car came to a stop.

I looked up from my phone where I was texting Z. I already missed him. I was just updating him that Gemma was giving me a ride home.

"Weren't yall giving me a ride home?" I looked at her confused as she got down and opened the door for me.
