Louis

I tried to come up with an excuse, "Lima, hey! We were just talking about... stuff."

Harry chimes in "Hey, Liam! Hi! Hope you didn't uh, hear or see anything... Compromising..."

I swear he is such a dumb frog. I wanted to smack my face on a wall.

Liam raises an eyebrow. "Compromising? Like what?"

I tried to play it cool, "Oh no nothing like that. Just... a friendly conversation."

Li looks at us skeptically before his eyes narrow. "Wait, I did see something. You kissed Louis on the forehead, Harry"

Harry's face turns slightly red. He better safe his own ass. "Oh that? That was just... a friendly, caring gesture. Louis was telling me about how yesterday was a tough day and I just showed my support."

Liam's gaze lingered on us for a moment before nodding. "Alright I get it."

I let out a sigh of relief.

Liam turns to leave but pauses, " Harry, listen. I know you're a good guy but don't try anything with Louis, got it? He's like a brother to me and I won't hesitate to tell Zayn if I find out you're hiding something from him."

Harry nods, looking serious. "I would never do anything to hurt Louis."

Liam nods. "Alright, I have to go to work. But remember, I'm watching you, Harry."

That night, I was eating pizza and Face Timing Z.

"Then there was this girl that came up to me and said 'You look hot babe. Wanna fuck?'"

"Shit like straight up!?" I asked laughing.

"Yes Lou! Straight up! I was so shocked and I didnt know what to do. She looked like she would strip me right there."

"Oh my god!" I exclaimed laughing my head off. "What did you say?"

"I Panicked and Said I'm married and pulled out a photo of me and Liam"

I laughed even harder at that. My face turning red and eyes tearing.

when the laughter died down and we were both calm "You look....different today."

I giggled "Different? What do you mean? Is it the crop top?" I looked down at my pink crop top and matching shorts.

He smiled "I must say it's cute but its not that babes. You just seem... happier than usual. You've got a weird glow on your face."

I blushed. "Oh, it's just the pizza I'm eating. Must be the cheese."

"Pizza doesn't give people glows, Louis. What's going on? What are you hiding?" He asked skeptical.

"I'm not hiding anything big bro. I'm just genuinely happy. Today was a nice day." I replied smiling.

"That's nice to hear. What happened today?" He asked seeming interested in knowing how my day went.

"Harry came over. We had a nice chat before he left for work. After that I just did my homework and made plans with Niall after school tomorrow."

"Harry came over? He didn't tell me that." Zayn's expression turned serious, his eyes narrowing slightly. "What did he want Lou? And don't give me vague answers. I want the truth. Did he try something?"

My smile faltered. "Of course not Z! We were just talking. He just didn't want me to feel lonely."

Zayn's gaze intensified, his eyes boring into mine. "Louis, I know you're not telling me everything. And I'm starting to get worried. You're my little brother, and I need to know you're okay. Did Harry do something to make you uncomfortable?"

I shift uncomfortably, trying to downplay the situation. "Zayn, honestly, it was nothing like that. We just talked about... stuff. He was being nice, that's all."

Zayn's expression remains skeptical, and I can tell he's not convinced. "Louis, I know Harry's a good guy, but I also know he's been through a lot. And I don't want him taking advantage of your kindness."

"What do you mean he's been through a lot?" I asked, curiosity piqued.

Zayn hesitates, choosing his words carefully. "Harry's had a crush on a few people, and it never ended well. Either they rejected him or tried to use him to get closer to me. And I don't want him taking out his frustrations on you, Lou. You're young and vulnerable, and I don't want him taking advantage of that."

I feel a surge of indignation on my boyfriend's behalf. "Zayn, that's not fair! Harry's not like that. He's a good person, and he would never hurt me."

Zayn's expression softens slightly, but his eyes still hold a hint of concern. "I know Harry's a good person, Louis. But I also know he's been hurt before, and I don't want him hurting you too. Just be careful, okay?"

"Okay, Z. I'll be careful," I say, trying to sound convincing.

Zayn nods, seeming to accept my response. "Good, Louis. I just want what's best for you. Get some rest, okay? You look tired."

"Yeah, I am," I say, yawning. "I'm going to bed. Night, Z."

"Night, Lou. Take care," Zayn says, his voice fading as I end the call.

As I lie in bed, my mind starts racing. What did Zayn mean about Harry having a rough time with relationships? Was he really rejected by people he cared about? And what did Zayn mean by saying Harry might take advantage of me? I can't believe that about Harry - he's always been kind and caring towards me. Was that a trap.

It couldn't be though.

We've been building a connection, growing closer, and sharing our feelings with each other. And yet, we haven't even shared our first kiss yet. That realization makes me pause.

If Harry wanted to take advantage of me, wouldn't he have already tried something by now? But he hasn't. He's been patient, kind, and gentle, always respecting my boundaries and making sure I feel comfortable.

That thought process helps me clear my head and see things more clearly. I realised that I trust Harry.

MY Harry.

I trust him with all my heart.

No matter what Zayn or anyone else might say, I know that Harry would never hurt me. He's been open and honest with me, and I believe in him.

With a newfound sense of conviction, I drift off to sleep, feeling grateful for Harry and our relationship. I know that we'll face challenges and doubts along the way, but I'm ready to face them together, as long as I have Harry by my side.
